Cindy and George Anthony Do Not Agree On Whether Casey Is Responsible For Caylee’s Death Or Not

Dr. Phil McGraw was able to interview both George and Cindy Anthony in regards to their granddaughter Caylee and her mysterious death. It seems now, more than ever, that the two disagree on whether their own daughter, Casey Anthony, is responsible for her death.

Speaking on The View today, ahead of his highly anticipated interview with the couple, Dr Phil said he believes Cindy Anthony is still very much in denial about what happened to their granddaughter and said she disagreed with her husband about whether their daughter did, in fact, kill two-year-old Caylee.

According to Dr. Phil. he was able to ask any questions that he felt comfortable asking. One thing I really enjoyed is when he asked Cindy Anthony about her posts on Myspace where she had acknowledged that Caylee had been missing for an amount of time before the police were even notified. For me, this post was the most revealing:

‘My Caylee is missing, she came into my life unexpectedly just as she had left me. Jealousy has taken her away, jealousy from the one person that should be thankful for all the love and support given to her.’

While hearing this, and reading this, it seems to me that the ‘jealousy’ Cindy is referring to is her daughter’s. Cindy seems to be understanding of who took her away since she has such strong opinions about the person who harbored the jealousy and was capable of ‘(taking) her away’. Of course Cindy explains this away by saying that she was missing in her heart, but physically she believed she knew where she was. Her belief was that Casey was deliberately keeping Caylee from her grandparents. Dr. Phil goes deeper and asks another great (and revealing) question:

He said: ‘What jumps out at me is that you said this mother gave chance after chance for her daughter to change but instead more lies, more betrayal. Did you know something then?’
