[UPDATED] [AUDIO] Sandusky Sentenced to 30-60 Years in Prison: Jerry Sandusky Claims His Innocence Prior to Sentencing
UPDATED: TUESDAY October 9th, 2012 at 9:30 AM – Jerry Sandusky has been sentenced to 20-60 years in prison. Seeing as he’s already 68-years-old, this pretty much means that it is very likely he will die in prison. Judge Cleland said prior to giving him the maximum of 60 years:
‘I’m not going to sentence you to centuries in prison, although the law would permit that. It’s too abstract, only a big number.
‘You are sentenced to spend not less than 30 and not more than 60 years in prison; that has the unmistakeable impact of saying the rest of your life.
‘I think it cannot be disputed that you have done much positive work, tragedy that all the
qualities that made you successful continue to conceal the vices that brought you down.
‘Continuing to conceal those vices from yourself and everybody else, in my view, makes you dangerous.
‘The crime is not only what you did to their bodies, but the assault to their psyches and souls and the assault to the well-being of the larger community in which we all live.’
I think one of the most eloquent statements that was made, was that of the lead prosecutor:
‘Sandusky’s statement yesterday was an insult to the true victims…and an insult to human decency…but that’s not a surprise.’
‘He displayed deviance, narcissism, a lack of acknowledgement for the pain he caused others.
‘It was a masterpiece of banal self-delusion. The self-referential and ludicrous statement should disappear as if it never existed.
‘It was, in short, ridiculous. He displayed the same cowardice that he displayed when he preyed on children.’

“I’m responding to the worst loss of my life. First, I looked at myself. Over and over, I asked why? Why didn’t we have a fair opportunity to prepare for trial? Why have so many people suffered as a result of false allegations? What’s the purpose? Maybe it will help others; some vulnerable children who could be abused, might not be because of all the publicity. That would be nice, but I’m not sure about it. I would cherish the opportunity to become a candle for others, as they have been a light for me. They could take away my life, they could make me out as a monster, they could treat me as a monster, but they can’t take away my heart. In my heart, I know I did not do these alleged disgusting acts. My wife has been my only sex partner that was after marriage. Our love continues. A young man who was dramatic a veteran accuser, and always sought attention, started everything. He was joined by a well-orchestrated effort of the media, investigators, the system, Penn State, psychologists, civil attorneys and other accusers. They won. I’ve wondered what they really won: Attention, financial gain, prestige… will all be temporary. Before you blame me, as others have, look at everything and everybody. Look at the preparation for the trial and the trial. Compare it to others. Think about what happened. Why, and who made it happen? Evaluate the accusers and their families. Realize they didn’t come out of isolation. The accusers were products of many more people and experiences than me. Look at their confidants and their honesty. Think about how easy it was for them to turn on me given the information, attention and potential perks. I never labeled or put down them or their families. I tried and I cared, then asked for the same. Please realize all came to the Second Mile because of issues. Some of those may remain. We will continue to fight. We didn’t lose the proven facts, evidence, accurate locations and times. Anything can be said. We lost to speculation and stories that were influenced by people who wanted to convict me. We must fight unfairness and consistency and dishonesty. People need to be portrayed for who they really are. We’ve not been complainers. When we couldn’t have kids, we adopted. When we didn’t have time to prepare for a trial, we still gave it our best. We will fight for another chance. We have given many second chances, and now we’ll ask for one. It will take more than our effort. Justice will have to be more than just a word; fairness more than just a dream. It will take others: somebody apolitical with the courage to listen, to think about the unfairness, to have the guts to stand up and take the road less traveled. I ask for the strength to handle everything and willingness to surrender only to God, regardless of the outcome.”

A DJ, Dajuan Porter, has been arrested after allegedly sucking multiple penis’ in the Pennsylvania area. Well, technically it wasn’t just for sucking them, but rather, sucking them while the “victims” were passed out and unaware that it was occurring.

Another incident was reported in July. The alleged victim attended a party and fell asleep after drinking. He claims that he woke up as the suspect performed a sex act on him.
What could possibly make this story even better? Porter has been arrested for a similar crime and it happened last year while he was in Worcester County, Maryland. Only this time, he sexually assaulted his sleeping cell mate.
This man must be dependent on cock. You’re in prison and going to suck a sleeping guys dick?! Damn, that’s ballsy.

What kind of eighth grader has that gall to not only attempt to molest his OWN mother, but then murder her as well? Gretchen Crooks was killed in the town of Osage, Iowa and could have never predicted this would be how her life came to an end.
The hunting rifle was used to take out something other than game in this household, despite the facts that there were no criminal records of the Crooks family. And who would have seen this coming? I kid at Osage Middle School attempting sexual abuse and following through with murder… against his mother. It’s unfathomable to me, and I can’t even begin to imagine the amount of people who have been crushed by this.
Shelia Aukes, a licensed social worker in Des Moines who works with young people on a variety of mental health issues told the DesMoines Register: ‘The victims in most sex offenses committed by juveniles are siblings, other juveniles or, more rare, other adults.
‘A child or adolescent sexually abusing a parent is completely out of the norm, totally unheard of.’
The incident happened on Saturday and Noah called 911 shortly afterwards. Oddly enough, he seemed emotionless and extremely calm for what had happened.
‘The emotions of the young man, from what I’ve been told, is his demeanour was very calm and kind of stoic. Almost like he was in shock also,’ Deputy Greg Beaver told KTTC.
In Iowa, you must be 14-years-old to be charged as an adult, so this sick kid is being held at North Iowa Juvenile Detention Center in Waterloo and is expected to be tried as a juvenile. They are expecting for the charges to be filed today.
‘We have lost our daughter. We have lost our grandson,’ Mrs Crooks’ mother Beverly Brahm of Mason City told the Albert Lea Tribune.
Mrs. Crooks was a nurse at Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa and had aspirations of getting her masters degree. She was a hard-working mother-of-two and always bragged about her children.
On her Facebook page back in 2010, she praised her son, one of two, for his musical talents on the saxophone as well as his accomplishment in being accepted into a University of Iowa camp to learn Chinese.
‘So proud of him!’ she wrote.
She had also recently published an application on her page reading: ‘Click “like” if you love your son!’
This is the first murder in Osage since 1898! This is definitely one way to bring back murder in a murder-less city.

The fact that these rapes are occurring within the military is shocking enough, but to know that only 2% result in convictions is absolutely disgusting. People do rape people and although we can’t necessarily stop that behavior, we should at least be punishing these individuals for the horrendous acts they’ve committed. You fight for this country, yet you condemn those within it as well as strip them of their freedoms. The military is supposed to be a place where you’re only fear comes from the battlefield, not the people who fight alongside you.
According to the Department of Defense, around 19,000 military men and women were assaulted in the year 2010 alone. Of that number, about 20% are servicewomen, while another 1% are servicemen. Sadly, this totals roughly 500,000 soldiers that have been sexually assaulted while serving in the military.
From this, I could assume that raping individuals or molesting people in the armed forces is okay in their eyes, but simply being gay is not. This seems rather unjust and corrupt for an American Organization. If we wanted to protect our troops and America, for that matter, we should be prosecuting those who take from others what they want without permission and allow those who are homosexual to serve without discrimination. Luckily, thanks to President Obama as well as others, one of these problems has been addressed.
Unfortunately, the issue of molestation and rape is still one that needs some attention drawn to it.

There is much more to be said on this topic, but hopefully this film will spread the word and help crack down on the unfair advantages that many higher-ups have in our military. Girl, 19, Disguises Herself As THREE Different Boys To Date Her TWO Girlfriends
This is by far one of the most elaborate and shocking stories I have heard about a girl trying to get a little lesbo action with her underage friends. Gemma Barker, 19, dressed herself in baggy clothes and hats to trick her two friends, aged 15 and 16, into relationships.
It was only when - in the guise of one of her alter egos Aaron Lampard - she was arrested on suspicion of sexual assault and her clothes were removed in the cells that police discovered her true identity.
Barker’s two victims were completely taken in and had sexual encounters with the person they variously believed was Lampard, Connor McCormack or Luke Jones.
The 19-year-old from Staines, Middlesex is now facing criminal charges after admitting to two counts of sexual assault and one count of fraud for her trickery. She was so invested in these personas that she created FaceBook pages for each boy and gave them different personalities and style. Each wore baggy clothes and hats to somewhat conceal their identity.
Barker’s disguise was so convincing that when one of the victims removed a sleeping ‘Connor’s’ hat following a petting session, she was shocked to discover it was her best friend’s boyfriend ‘Aaron’ she had been kissing.
Even at that point she did not realise the boy was actually a female friend.
When Barker felt her cover was about to be blown, she intentionally fractured her jaw and blamed it on her ‘Luke Jones’ alter-ego. Talk about commitment. She even tried to claim some compensation for her injuries.
Barker engaged in ‘kissing, cuddling and groping’ with the girl as Lampard before creating another boy persona and befriending a second victim.
It was through ‘Lampard’ that the 16-year-old’s younger friend met ‘Connor McCormack’.
‘Connor’ had slightly different clothing but still concealed ‘himself’ with a hoodie and baggy clothes when with the girl.
The younger victim began a relationship with ‘McCormack’, despite having met both ‘Lampard’ and the real Barker.
The girls came to their senses after they became suspicious and contacted the authorities. After he was strip searched is when they discovered the boys true identity: Gemma Barker.

DM – A Mexican girl has become a mother at the age of just 10, according to reports. The youngster arrived at a hospital in the city of Puebla, suffering from life-threatening complications in her 31-week pregnancy, including seizures. She gave birth by Caesarean section to a boy weighing 3.3lb at the Women’s Hospital in the city, 60 miles south-east of Mexico City. Her premature son is now said to be in intensive care following a bout of pneumonia, but officials said his young mother visits the baby every day to breastfeed, according to the New York Daily News. The paper said the hospital revealed the baby boy is in a good condition considering his premature birth and the mother is recovering well after first coming to the centre on October 22. However, hospital director Rogelio Gonzalez told UpFrontNewswire that the birth had been reported to the state’s Attorney General’s Office, which is investigating whether the girl could have been raped and who the father is. Mexican state laws prevent young mothers having abortions unless they can prove they were the victim of sexual assault. The legal age of consent is 12 and women who have abortions in Puebla face a fine or prison sentence if they are unable to prove they were sexually abused. However, the laws are currently under review.

Ryne Anderson, 19, is a typical male teenager from North Dakota. In fact, he’s like every other damn teenage boy I have come across, and unfortunately, had a dumb enough ex-girlfriend to get himself into some legal trouble.
Anderson is pleading guilty to a felony terrorizing charge as well as a misdemeanor sexual assault count, due to the claims his ex-girlfriend has made. Apparently he tricked this 17-year-old girl into sucking his dick and having sex with him because drug dealers demanded that this took place. Yep, that’s right.
The pair’s lives would be endangered, Anderson told the teenager, unless “certain demands weren’t met within a specific timeframe.” Some of the purported demands made by the drug dealers “were sexual in nature,” according to a police report. Anderson told the victim that if “she didn’t go through with these demands that people would be hurt or even killed, including her and her family.”
While being 17 means you’re still not that mature, you should still be aware that this is absolutely absurd! I mean, come the fuck on. If there were drug dealers after your boyfriend honey, they wouldn’t be asking him to get his dong sucked and fucked. Rather, they’d be beating the shit out of your man while making him watch THEM being sexual with you. Have you ever met a generous drug dealer that wants the people they’re trying to blackmail to get laid? No. If you believed this bullshit, YOU deserve to go to jail for a lack of common sense.
Personally, I think this little whore’s parents found out that she had sex and while the story may be true about him lying to get into her pants…she wanted it. She knew it was a lame excuse, but she was 17, not 12, and she wanted to enjoy herself. Unfortunately, this young man is now being charged for lying to get into her pants, which is what every other teen guy I know has done…at least twice in their lives.

Preacher Larry Gene Martin
Anyway, Both Jerry and Christina Ham of Palestine, Texas have been arrested by police and charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child and engaging in organized criminal activity.
They were arrested following a six month investigation after preacher Larry Gene Martin was held on rape charges.
The 68-year-old is accused of raping the Hams’ 12-year-old after moving into their home in Palestine, Texas.
After his arrest he told investigators he was in love with the girl and wanted to marry her.
Shocked police believe further allegations of abuse involving the family’s two other children, boys aged eight and 12, will be uncovered.
Although Martin wasn’t a preacher at the time, he had previously worked at the Faith Bible Church where the Hams were known to attend. The thing that makes this whole situation worth was not only the knowledge that the parents had, but their willingness to consent to the sexual assault. You are suppose to protect your children. Fuck religion (especially if it preaches such negligence and abuse); That should be an innate bond between your child, the day you decide to have it.

I must admit how horribly wrong I was for coming down so hard on the mother. Since Cristian’s arrest, more details about his childhood as well as his mother’s have come to light:
Fernandez was born in Miami, Florida in 1999 to Biannela Susana, who was just 12. The boy’s 25-year-old father received 10 years’ probation for sexually assaulting her.
Two years later, both mother and son went to foster care after authorities found the toddler filthy, naked and walking in the street at 4am near the motel where his grandmother, who was taking care of him, was found surrounded by cocaine.
In 2007, when Fernandez was eight, the Department of Children and Families investigated a report that he was sexually molested by an older cousin. Officials noted there were other troubling incidents: he killed a kitten; he simulated sex with classmates; he masturbated at school.
The boy learned to squelch his feelings, once telling a counselor: ‘You got to suck up feelings and get over it.’
Unfortunately, this is a perfect example of how the cycle may continue, especially when you have no means of escape. Biannela Susana was only 12-years-old when she got pregnant, and was expected to care for a child while deal with her home life. Granted, she could have made better choices and done things differently, albeit hard in her situation, she made those same bad decisions for her and her son.
The 20-Year-Old Babysitter That Slept With The 14-Year Old Boy Reveals She Was In Love
Loni Bouchard was arrested on July 12th, after the 14-year-old’s parents discovered the relationship. Police were able to seize her journals and this is where some revealing information is brought to light.
Although Bouchard knew her actions were wrong, she believes that she is in love with the boy and age shouldn’t matter.She also expresses how great the sex was between the two of them, which pretty much seals her fate. She, feels much differently and is excited to find ‘the guy who treats me right.’
