[VIDEO] 17-Year-Old Girl Arrested For Swearing Over 911 Call While Her Father Had Seizure

911-cusing

This story is shocking and downright insane. Although it is around 3 years old, it is necessary to spread this video and share this officer’s arrogance. Swearing is a moral issue, NOT a legal matter. While I do not condone swearing for young people, I also don’t feel its something that should be taken too seriously, seeing as they really are just words. I would also like to know how he knew how old the girl was? And if Sgt. Robert McFarlan didn’t, would he still have treated her just as poorly, even if she was over the age of 18? The full story is below:

Many people have been known to act out, especially when their lives and the lives of those they loved are in danger. This young girl’s father was dying for all she knew, and she was counting on 911 to provide her with that. Instead, 17-year-old Adrianne Ledesma was scolded for being foul-mouthed and hung up on by this officer who refused to even ask her what the emergency had been. THEN, the officer LIES about what had transpired during their “conversation”. Absolutely disgusting display of how those in power use it as they please, regardless of the lives that it may affect.

[VIDEO] Pitbull Shot By Cops in East Village

81412dogshooting

The pitbull breed is notorious for being protective of their owners, but this time, it led to a dog being shot by police. Star, a pitbull mix, was by her owner, Lech Stankiewicz’s, side while he was having seizures in the middle of the street. Not that this matters, but I do feel people should be aware that this has happened before to Lech and was suspected to have a connection with his drug use and overdosing.

Johnny Rodriguez, who was visiting the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary nearby, said he and three other people alerted nearby police officers that the owner of the dog was in danger of being hit by traffic. “He was having a seizure, I saw him lying down on the ground and his head was twitching and shaking.” The two officers who responded called for backup (“I guess they didn’t have the training or something”) and the dog began growling as officers approached the man.

“I told one of the cops, ‘Hey, that dog is growling, be careful,’ because they were getting pretty close,” Rodriguez says. “I used to have a pit bull and that’s just how they are, they protect their owners.” Rodriguez thought that one woman had placed herself too closely behind the man as she was observing what was happening. “It grabbed her pants, but it didn’t bite her, then the dog starts running at the cop.”

Contrary to previous reports, Rodriguez, who lives in Bay Ridge, says that police used mace only after the dog was shot. “If they used it, I didn’t see it, I was there the whole time though.”

Star is still alive and is safe at the Animal Care & Control facility on East 110th Street. It will be further investigated as to how she behaves, once she’s had a full recovery. Right now, they’re currently trying to locate Star’s owner, Lech, but have been unsuccessful in doing so. What’s weird to me, is he was unconscious on the ground, they shot his dog, and then failed to go back and tend to the man? They have no idea where he went? That’s ridiculous ha.

I’m not quite sure if I can side with the police or not, mainly because I wasn’t in that situation. For me, seeing a dog get shot is more emotionally difficult to handle than seeing a person get shot. Don’t ask me why, but I assume it has something to do with my mother being the same way. Regardless, I do value human lives and wouldn’t want to see someone die because they refused to fight the animal first.

The Local East Village spoke to friends of the dog’s owner, who police identify as Lech Stankiewicz, and they said that Star has a history of being overprotective of Stankiewicz.

“Most of us figured out that when he’s passed out, whether he’s overdosing or not, leave him alone,” the friend, Brandon Verna, said. “If he’s going to die, call an ambulance and have them deal with it because no one wants to get bitten.”

I love pitbulls and all they have to offer. I am also afraid of pitbulls and all that can accomplish. Just like any dog, some are nice and some aren’t, some are trained well and others weren’t. But pitbulls are protectors, and because of that, they get a bad rap sometimes and people mistake their devotedness as aggression. I think I would have found this easier to digest if they had immediately tended to the unconscious man after the dog was no longer was an issue.

[VIDEO] Teens Steal Cop’s ‘Bait Car’ and It’s All Caught on Camera

article-0-12C10CF9000005DC-517_468x246

In Albuquerque, New Mexico, four teens are in trouble after taking a police “bait car” and driving around for a nearly 20-minute joyride. The 15-year-old who originally jumped in the driver’s seat was thrilled with his find, although, he wasn’t too happy when he realized he was being pulled over by the cops. The car was rigged with cameras in the hopes of easily identifying individuals as well as seeing what went on during one’s time in a stolen vehicle. Lesson learned, I suppose.

[VIDEO] Cop Caught (Heard) Masturbating On His Own Dashcam

original

WARNING: GRAPHIC CONTENT

An embarrassing video has emerged that has ex-Santa Fe officer Sergeant Mike Eiskant masturbating in his squad car. Not only is it obvious that he’s masturbating, but he also manages to have a very dirty conversation with himself, although they seem to be directed towards a naked woman…maybe a photo?

While he shouldn’t be pleasuring himself on the job, I don’t necessarily feel this is all that bad. What is bad is the fact that more allegations of his sexual appetite have sparked some interest. A fellow police officer, Shannon Brady, has claimed that Eiskant is a known stalker of women. In fact, Brady went to far as to file a harassment complaint against the public masturbator.

“They had plenty of opportunities over the course of many years to do something about it and they refused to.’” – Brady

The worst part, is it seems that people above the Sergeant may have been aware of the situation(s), but chose not to acknowledge it.

When Eiskant was promoted to sergeant, he was given the number 69 as his badge and patrol car number, but his former compliance officer Raymond Rael insisted it could be a coincidence.

Rael said: ‘Is it possible that it is coincidental? I suppose, but I can’t speak to that issue one way or another.’

Cop gets pissed when the driver of a pulled-over SUV refuses to let him search his car without a warrant.

This is a perfect example of the importance of knowing your rights, don’t be afraid to JUST SAY NO to Unlawful Searches… Because as you all just seen, without your permission (or a warrant) they can’t search you or your vehicle.

[VIDEO] 14-Year-Old Girl Is Tased By Police AFTER Putting Hands In The Air

YouTube -

Allentown City Surveillance cameras capture Allentown police officer ramming a 14 year-old student against a parked car. After that he backs away and pulls out his taser. Although the minor puts up her hands in surrender, he zaps her in the groin, and she goes down in agony. She had to be hospitalized so the barbs could be removed from her. Date is 9/29/11.

On September 29th, 2011 Keshana Wilson, from Allentown, Philadelphia was tased by police and has since filed a lawsuit against the officer and department for their actions. She was with a group of her friends outside of Dieruff High school, when the police officer, Jason Ammary, approached.

There does seem to be some missing footage, the footage that would show what led up to the officers actions, but unfortunately only the last bit was caught on camera. Wilson believes this evidence will be enough for her case considering that she had put her hands in the air to show that she would not fight, just seconds before Ammary tased her.

Virginia Tech University On Lockdown After Two People Are Killed, Including One Police Officer

Virginia Tech University is a widely known campus, mainly due to the massacre that had occurred here on April 16th, 2007. Well today, the school is facing yet another shooter, one who has already killed two people.

The school said the suspect is at large and students are being told, “Stay indoors. Secure in place.”

An alert on the Virginia Tech school’s website said: “There is an active campus alert in Blacksburg. Everyone should seek shelter or stay where you are. Blacksburg Transit service is suspended until the alert is lifted.”

A school police officer was performing a routine traffic stop around noon at the school’s Coliseum parking lot, near McComas Hall.

“During the traffic stop. the officer was shot and killed. There were witnesses to this shooting,” Owczarski said in the statement.

“Witnesses reported to police the shooter fled on foot heading toward the Cage, a parking lot near Duck Pond Drive. At that parking lot, a second person was found. That person is also deceased,” he said.

The suspect is still on the loose and there has been a description given to everyone, in case they encounter the individual. The man is apparently a white male who is wearing gray sweatpants, a gray hat with neon green on the brim, a maroon hoodie along with a backpack.

Although the last day of classes was yesterday, Wednesday, some students are still on the premises because it is Reading Day, a day of studying. All students and faculty are being urged to stay inside until the police have the situation under control.

Harsh Treatment Of Occupy LA Protesters By The LAPD

Yasha Levine is one of the hundreds of LA Protesters that was taken to jail by the LAPD. He has recently been released and wanted to share his story from the point of arrest through the treatment of arrestees while in LAPD’s custody.

Here is his story:

I finally got home Thursday afternoon after spending two nights in jail, and have had a hard time getting my bearings. On top of severe dehydration and sleep deprivation, I’ve got one hell of pounding migraine. So I’ll have to keep this brief for now. But I wanted to write down a few things that I witnessed and heard while locked up by LA’s finest…

First off, don’t believe the PR bullshit. There was nothing peaceful or professional about the LAPD’s attack on Occupy LA–not unless you think that people peacefully protesting against the power of the financial oligarchy deserve to be treated the way I saw Russian cops treating the protesters in Moscow and St. Petersburg who were demonstrating against the oligarchy under Putin and Yeltsin, before we at The eXiled all got tossed out in 2008. Back then, everyone in the West protested and criticized the way the Russian cops brutally snuffed out dissent, myself included. Now I’m in America, at a demonstration, watching exactly the same brutal crackdown…

While people are now beginning to learn that the police attack on Occupy LA was much more violent than previously reported, few actually realize that much—if not most—of the abuse happened while the protesters were in police custody, completely outside the range of the press and news media. And the disgraceful truth is that a lot of the abuse was police sadism, pure and simple:

* I heard from two different sources that at least one busload of protesters (around 40 people) was forced to spend seven excruciating hours locked in tiny cages on a Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Dept. prison bus, denied food, water and access to bathroom facilities. Both men and women were forced to urinate in their seats. Meanwhile, the cops in charge of the bus took an extended Starbucks coffee break.

* The bus that I was shoved into didn’t move for at least an hour. The whole time we listened to the screams and crying from a young woman whom the cops locked into a tiny cage at the front of the bus. She was in agony, begging and pleading for one of the policemen to loosen her plastic handcuffs. A police officer sat a couple of feet away the entire time that she screamed–but wouldn’t lift a finger.

* Everyone on my bus felt her pain–literally felt it. That’s because the zip-tie handcuffs they use—like the ones you see on Iraq prisoners in Abu Ghraib—cut off your circulation and wedge deep through your skin, where they can do some serious nerve damage, if that’s the point. And it did seem to be the point. A couple of guys around me were writhing in agony in their hard plastic seats, hands handcuffed behind their back.

* The 100 protesters in my detainee group were kept handcuffed with their hands behind their backs for 7 hours, denied food and water and forced to sit/sleep on a concrete floor. Some were so tired they passed out face down on the cold and dirty concrete, hands tied behind their back. As a result of the tight cuffs, I wound up losing sensation in my left palm/thumb and still haven’t recovered it now, a day and a half after they finally took them off.

* One seriously injured protester, who had been shot with a shotgun beanbag round and had an oozing bloody welt the size of a grapefruit just above his elbow, was denied medical attention for five hours. Another young guy, who complained that he thought his arm had been broken, was not given medical attention for at least as long. Instead, he spent the entire pre-booking procedure handcuffed to a wall, completely spaced out and staring blankly into space like he was in shock.

* An Occupy LA demonstrator in his 50s who was in my cell block in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Detention Center told us all about when a police officer forced him to take a shit with his hands handcuffed behind his back, which made pulling down his pants and sitting down on the toilet extremely difficult and awkward. And he had to do this in sight of female police officers, all of which made him feel extremely ashamed, to say the least.

* There were two vegetarians and one vegan in my cell. When I left jail around 1:30 pm, they still had not been given food, despite the fact that they were constantly being promised that it would come.

* There were 292 people arrested at Occupy LA. About 75 of them have been released or have gotten out on bail, according the National Lawyers Guild. Most are still inside, slapped with $5,000 to $10,000 bail. According to a bail bondsman I know, this is unprecedented. Misdemeanors are almost always released on their own recognizance, which means that they don’t pay any bail at all. Or at most it’s a $100.

* That means the harsh, long detentions are meant to be are a purely punitive measure against Occupy LA protesters–an order that had to come from the very top.

Cops Shoot And Kill Mother While She Stabbed 4-Year-Old Disabled Daughter To Death

A woman in Northwest Atlanta has been shot and killed by police when they came across her stabbing her 4-year-old disabled daughter to death. The crazed mother refused to drop the knife and the police decided to take action.

Emergency services were called to the home yesterday afternoon after the woman’s eight-year-old son told neighbours that he had been choked by his mother and thrown out of a window.

Having Down’s Syndrome made the poor kid highly dependent on her mother, and unfortunately, she was alone with her inside the home when she decided to stab the innocent child. Police forced their way into the home in the Carver Hills neighborhood, and came across the mother sitting in a chair and stabbing her daughter.

Two officers drew their weapons and ordered the woman to drop the knife and fired at her when she refused to comply, Meadows said.

He said between 10 and 16 shots were fired.

While the responding officers attempted to revive the child, they are under the assumption that she was already dead on the scene. Sadly, no one knows what led this mother to do this to her children. I believe the bitch was crazy. To calmly sit in a chair and kill your child?! There is definitely some bad wiring in that woman’s small conscious-less brain.

Ms Smith said the boy was with her when they heard the shots and said: ‘I hope my mama and my little sister are all right.’

‘She was my friend and my neighbour,’ Smith told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. ‘I am shocked because I didn’t know she was like this.’

Apparently the woman was 6 months behind on her $600/month rent and had no running water in her home. Both the landlord and person she had borrowed water from, had threatened to cut her off, which could be the reason the she snapped. I can imagine that the medical bills alone for her 4-year-old were rather high, yet alone, just simply providing for two children. Yet, there is no excuse for hurting your children or deciding when their lives should end. This is a tragedy and I am thankful that the woman was shot, even though it was most likely what she was hoping for. The bad news? Now her 8-year-old son has to live in a world knowing what you did and without his mother and sister, and for that, I hope there is a Hell and hope that she’s now there.

Cops confiscate marijuana brownies from teens, eat them, and get stoned!

Nicholas Hill, 19

Three Houston, Texas police officers are being investigated after apparently getting high from a teenager’s batch of marijuana brownies that they confiscated. After indulging themselves in some munchies, they arrested Nicholas Hill, 19, as well as two other teens.

The two officers went down to their patrol cars and typed in some ‘memos’ into the computer system.

At 2.44 in the morning, one officer allegedly typed: ‘So HIGH…Good munchies.’

Another writes back: ‘Everything should be open when we get done.’

First officer: ‘Two hours, max.’

Another officer: ‘Probably, but this will take the whole shift.’
Hill had spoken to his lawyers, Daniel Cahill and J. Julio Vela, in regards to the pot brownie incident and they then took it upon themselves to investigate the claims made by the teen. Even though it was okay for the officers to eat the brownies, Hill is still being charged with two felonies. Ironically, the cops destroyed ‘evidence’ and should therefore be charged with a felony as well. Luckily, the officers have been drug tested. Sadly, this was done four months after the incident, which means that there will most likely be nothing left in their system unless they happened to jack some other kids drugs and indulge themselves.
If I were a cop, I’d do the same thing. No, that’s a lie. I would most likely take the brownies, enjoy, and let the kid go considering he provided me with free marijuana. What a dick cop to arrest the damn kid for doing exactly what he did…in front of him. Talk about abusing your power. Too bad he didn’t trip out so bad that he had to call 911 and provide us with amazingly hilarious audio like another cop who has done this before.
