Gay Adoption: Why Not?
While this may be a controversial topic of conversation, I feel it definitely needs to be addressed. After doing a great amount of research for my blog, I had come across many incidences of babies and/or children who come from homes where they are treated very poorly by their biological AND adopted parents. Obviously, child abuse is not something that has just started to occur, but it is something that is very much a problem.
As a lesbian who is currently spending a lot of money on treatments to get pregnant, I am offended by how easily these adopted parents are able to gain parental rights to these children. More so, I am irritated by the lack of interference that takes place for these abused children born into hostile environments. But the main reason I am choosing to stand up and say something? Because I think it is a rather unfair system especially because gay and lesbians are denied the right to adopt children who are in need of homes. And quite frankly, it seems clear that parents abuse their offspring, whether they conceived them themselves or chose to bring them into their home. Wouldn’t a normal homosexual home be more of a comfort to a child than being pimped out and raped like the children who were adopted by the Troy, Ohio man? The name of the man is being withheld to protect the identity of the children, but two of their “clients” are being named as Jason Zwick and Patrick Rieder.
The sad thing is the father of these children was in the process of adopting a FOURTH child! He was able to get the green light on bringing four children into his home while I cannot even have one. I would do everything in my power, as a mother (lesbian or not) to protect my kids from this type of abuse, educate them, support them, help them to be the greatest that they could possibly be; Yet, that is no longer what is expected of a parent I suppose.
I’d like for you to read a letter written by Zac, a young man with a very tough upbringing. After 12 foster homes and things we could never understand he was adopted by two gay men. In his opinion, this was great and he shares with his family this letter:
To my Family,
This is the first Christmas letter that I have ever written. I feel like since I am getting older, I should start writing a letter to the family or just talk about how I thought the family’s year has gone until Christmas.
Ever since I ended up in this family people have told me that I was lucky. I have always known that I am lucky, especially when I have two dads that love me so much as Dad and Dadio. My family is very special to me. Even when we fight and even when we argue, I know they will always love me. Yes I am a lucky boy to have ended up here after spending so many years in foster care and not knowing if I would ever have a family.
I didn’t grow with a dad. My birthmom had many boyfriends and she did a lot of drugs and partying. My sisters and me were taken from her on my eighth birthday. It was not fun to have police in my room on that day. It made me sad and this sadness I carried for many years and it got me in a lot of trouble. Then I landed in a great foster home after having lived in 12 different homes in three years. It was when I lived there that both my foster mom and social worker told me there was a family that wanted me. There was a catch: it was two dads!
Honestly, it didn’t matter to me. I told them, “well, I never had a dad, now I get to have two!”
The start was tough and rough, and I put them through hell and back. I did awful and nasty things to them both. I stole their credit card and spent thousands of dollars online. When we went on my first vacation out of the country, I stole stuff from a souvenir stand – they found out and made me go back to the shop to return the souvenirs and made me pay the lady who owned the shop for the stolen property which then I had to give to a local kid. I didn’t get it and thought they were being mean.
When I stole their American Express and maxed it buying stuff online I was only 12 years old. They were very upset, but Dad made sure I got the message of how serious this was. He took me to our local police station and reported me to the police captain for having stolen again. I was taken to an interrogation room and talked to by three police officers. All the time there I only wanted my Dad to come in and bring me home. I wanted to turn time back to before my stealing so I would not be there and I would not have hurt my parents so much. I learned my lesson and NEVER stole again!
But Dad and Dadio brought not just me into this family. They also added my brother Derrick. What I can say about Derrick is that he is really cool, he is funny, he is an awesome gay guy, he is a one of a kind guy, he is my bro. Next they added Nick. Nick can get on my nerves sometimes, but in the end he is pretty cool. He is a fast learner when it comes to math and multiplying numbers. And with that said, I will go to the roots of the family.
Dad and Dadio. They are my parents and they are always here when I need them.
When it is dark they are the light,
When I feel frightened and chill’s,
They are the warmth I feel.
When I am hungry they cook my meals.
I did not put a lot of time into the poem, but in the poem you see my parents. The people that show me the light. The people that warm my heart when it gets dark. The people that cook my meals. If I could only ask for anything for Christmas I would only ask for my family.

Sexuality has nothing to do with your moral capacity and whether or not you can be a good parent. There are many heterosexual people who raise children and severely traumatized the kids. Yes, it is true that children could get adopted by a homosexual couple that’s capable of doing the exact same thing, but that’s the social workers job: to weed people like that out. As of now, they’ve made some mistakes, but the biggest by far, is denying the homosexual community the right to love and care for a child who needs a home.

Father Rapes And Pimps Out THREE Of His Adopted Children And Was In Process Of Adopting A FOURTH
An adoptive father, who is not being named at this time to protect the identity of the children, has been arrested for having sex and allowing other men to have sex with his adopted children. The 39-year-old “father” from Troy, Ohio, was also in the process of adopting a fourth child when all the allegations came to light.
Not only was he an adoptive father, but he was also a junior league basketball coach, who has recently been suspended due to the allegations. He has been charged with three counts of rape and one count of compelling prostitution. The part that makes this story even more disturbing is that he pimped out these children to at least two other men that the authorities are aware of at this time.
Two other men – Jason Zwick, 29 of Beavercreek and Patrick Rieder, 31 of Dayton – have been accused of having sex with one of the children, a 10-year-old-boy.

The children were adopted in 2011 from Texas via a private adoption agency, and an investigation is ongoing into how the “father” was able to adopt these young kids.
The man was apparently talking to an undercover officer online and arranging for him to have sex with the 10-year-old boy. The same detective that was arranging that also talked to two other men who claimed to have already slept with the boy. Sadly, the young boys verified that this was in fact happening.

Woman Had Sex With 7-Year-Old Girl In Hopes That Her Married Boyfriend Would Leave His Wife
Margaret Ann O’Neill, 26, is a disgusting person who had oral sex with a 7-year-old girl at the request of her boyfriend, Christopher Smith, 32. According to O’Neill, she did this to prove her love to Smith and encourage him to leave his wife, which he had promised to do.
Smith, who is from Kissimmee, Florida, was arrested on December 5th, after another girlfriend of his came forward and told police that he had asked her to have sex with the same 7-year-old that was molested by O’Neill. Thank goodness someone had sense enough to turn this sick piece of shit in and not go along with his disgusting behavior.
Police seized his cell phone and found video footage of Smith having sex with the seven-year-old girl. They also found footage of O’Neill performing oral sex on the child.
Sadly, his wife had admitted that she found a video of him abusing a child in February but decided to keep quiet because she ‘wanted to protect’ the child’s family. What about the fucking child?! Don’t you want to protect her from this happening again, and again, and again?! It’s obvious that he’s abusing this girl and has done so on multiple occasions, and now has gotten other people involved in this molestation. Not that O’Neill didn’t have a choice.
Police wanted to obtain more evidence and recorded him talking about abusing children in a sting operation. Sadly, even with the severe amount of damage that Smith and O’Neill have caused, it’s not likely that they’ll be imprisoned for a good amount of time. Personally, I’d like to see them rot and experience mass amounts of rape. They have ruined this poor little girl and used her in a sexual game that she was too young to be aware of.
O’Neill was booked into the Orange County Jail on five counts of sexual battery on a child younger than 12 and three counts of criminal conspiracy to commit sexual battery.
Smith has been charged with 24 counts of sexual battery on a child younger than 12, lewd or lascivious molestation and conspiracy to commit sexual battery.

Sandusky Was Just Teaching Them To Shower: His New Defense
“Some of these kids don’t have basic hygiene skills,” attorney Karl Rominger said. “Teaching a person to shower at the age of 12 or 14 sounds strange to some people, but people who work with troubled youth will tell you there are a lot of juvenile delinquents and people who are dependent who have to be taught basic life skills like how to put soap on their body.”
Rominger also explained that his college cross-country coach often showered with him as well as the team. I would be inclined to call that an inappropriate gay relationship. By college, you better damn well know how to shower and would have no excuse to be rubbed down by your coach, unless in fact you were gay.

Woman Molests Children, Takes Photos, And Sends Them To Pedophile
Candice Miller, 32, was apparently duped into molesting her children, taking photos and then sending them to a pedophile. First of all, there is no way anyone can coerce you into molesting your children unless you are a sick piece of shit.
Ms. Miller from Alva, Florida had met a man by the name of Steven Demink, 41, online. Demink is from Michigan and had apparently been arrested and is serving a life sentence for running a con where he convinced women to send him pornographic images of their children. Again, these people must have had some issues to begin with to even consider this and not go straight to police.
He told women across the U.S. that he was a psychologist to persuade them to sexually assault their children as a form of therapy, then send him the images, NBC reported.
I don’t care if the most renowned psychologist on the fucking planet told me to molest (a.k.a. hurt and abuse) my children, there is no way in hell I would EVER consider doing this for any reason. I also wouldn’t believe that a man on the internet asking for child pornography was a damn psychologist. These women were either the most gullible people ever, completely stupid, or just as sick as Mr. Demink.
Miller was arrested in October of 2010 after police found more than 1,000 graphic images on her computer. Not all of these were photos of her 10-year-old and 14-year-old children, either. And this just further convinces me that she was doing this simply to appease her psychologist friend via the internet. (Sarcasm is a quality of mine, by the way).
She could be seen performing sexual acts on one of the children in some of the photos.
Wow. These kids were well aware that what was happening to them was wrong (I’m assuming) and will now have to deal with what has happened…because of AND with their mother. The sad thing is Miller gradually eased her way into full on molestation. So, while it started off small and could be misunderstood by her kids, it quickly escalated into a situation they saw coming, but really didn’t think was possible.
(Demink and Miller) started having graphic conversations about Miller being nude around her children and about her taking showers with them.
Candice Miller is now serving just 25 years for what she has done to her innocent children for a man she had met online in a different state. Sadly, she will most likely only serve half the time and be out on the streets before you know it. I just don’t get why murderers and molesters don’t get similar sentences. People who take advantage of innocence and use that to their advantage to satisfy their own desires without the care of how it affects the child are worthless. They killed the child’s innocence, self-confidence, esteem, social comfortability, self-respect, and the list goes on and on, but usually they get off with some of the shortest sentences. So unjust.

Elite School Principal Took Naps And Molested Children As Young As 4
Robert Benson Adams, 60, was the principal of an elite private school and is now being accused of molesting and fondling seven young girls throughout 15 years of serving as the school’s principal, known to students as Mr. Bob.
The girls who are making these claims were all between the ages of four and seven. The shocking claims are that Mr. Bob would call the students into his office, place them on his lap and touch their rear-ends, vaginal areas, and breasts. The students are not the only ones who have complained about Adams’ odd behavior though. In fact, two teachers recall incidents that made them uncomfortable.
The complaint also cites two teachers at Creative Frontiers School who reported inappropriate behaviour. Preschool teacher April Thompson, told investigators that she returned from lunch one day in June and found Adams lying on a mat next to a 4-year-old girl during nap-time.
The next day, the girl’s parents told Thompson the girl said Adams had touched her private areas, according to the complaint.
Irma Mertens was a volunteer at the school and will also be explaining the perverse incident that she had seen in order to substantiate the claims made by the young victims. According to Mertens complaint, she ‘had witnessed Adams slip his hand under the bathing suit of a female and sodomize her with his thumb.’
Not everyone is appalled be his behavior because not everyone agrees that the allegations are truthful. Many parents of current students are shocked and believe that this is just a smear campaign and that Mr. Bob will be cleared once this case goes to trial.

Ex-Pediatrician Gets 14 Consecutive Life Sentences For Over 80 Videotaped Molestations/Rapes

I am happy that this sick ex-pediatrician, Earl Bradley, has received 14 consecutive life sentences for the molestation and rape charges he received in 2009. Not only did he videotape his attacks, but they were well planned, vicious, but there were also 86 victims, that the police were able to prove. The abuse he inflicted on many young girls (all but one were female) was a recurring act starting in 1998, as far as authorities are aware; The average age of these victims was 3-years-old.

(AP) GEORGETOWN, Del. – An ex-pediatrician accused of raping and sexually assaulting scores of his young patients over a decade is awaiting a judge’s decision after a one-day trial in which the graphic testimony moved women to tears and drove others from the courtroom.
Prosecutors on Tuesday presented their case against Earl Bradley to a judge in southern Delaware, just miles from his former office in Lewes. Witnesses painted the 58-year-old, gray-bearded former doctor as a predator who covertly videotaped naked patients during exams and who raped young victims or forced them to perform oral sex.
“The rapes were violent, they were brutal,” state police Detective Scott Garland testified. “… The violence we were seeing was significant, and beyond anything I had ever witnessed. Nothing had prepared me for it.”
Prosecutors gave Sussex County Superior Judge William Carpenter Jr. hours of graphic video evidence to review, recorded by Bradley himself, documenting the abuse. On the tapes are a total of 86 victims dating to 1998, prosecutors said. All but one were young girls with an average age of 3.
If convicted, Bradley could face life in prison for each of the 14 rape charges against him. He also is charged with assault and sexual exploitation of a child.
The judge will decide the case since Bradley waived his right to a jury trial after his lawyers were unsuccessful in suppressing video evidence against him. He did not indicate when he would rule, but the outcome hardly seems in doubt.
Bradley’s defense lawyers did not cross-examine either of the prosecution’s witnesses, both Delaware state police detectives. Instead, Bradley’s state-appointed lawyer Dean Johnson began by reminding the judge of the defense’s objection to the videos’ admission. Defense lawyers had previously argued unsuccessfully that the videos were improperly seized from Bradley’s office and are expected to pursue an appeal on that issue.
Any appeal would have to wait until after sentencing, however, which likely would be months after the judge rules. Any appeal would be heard by Delaware’s Supreme Court. It would be unlikely that a three-judge panel of the court, or the full court itself, would hear any appeal before next year.
Dressed in a gray prison jumpsuit, Bradley said little during Tuesday’s four-hour trial, speaking only when the judge asked a few questions, including whether he wanted to testify. He squinted through heavy glasses and often stared at the wall or the defense table. He never took the stand.
Instead, the judge and those in the courtroom listened to detectives who described how Bradley had developed a variety of ruses to conceal his abuse.
Garland, a computer forensics expert, reviewed the more than 13 hours of video taken from Bradley’s office complex. He said Bradley had pocket-sized pen cameras he would use to surreptitiously record a child’s genitals during exams, often with parents in the room.
To get his victims away from their parents, Bradley would offer toys kept in the office’s basement, said the other witness, Det. Thomas Elliott. Another recurring theme was to explain that a child had received an especially painful shot and that the sugar from a Popsicle could help ease the pain, Garland said. Children were then taken alone for a treat and abused.
“You can see the child has a Popsicle in her hand during the course of some of the rapes,” Garland said.
Videos of the abuse were filed and categorized in folders with names like “Summer Best,” Garland said, with some protected by software that looked and acted like a safe and required an eight-digit password.
The detective’s testimony about the videos included describing Bradley with his hands wrapped tightly around the heads of young children, violently forcing them to perform oral sex on him. When Bradley was finished the assaults, he would sometimes lift up the young victims by the head and throw them several feet onto a couch in the rear of the building at his office complex where investigators found the videos, Garland said. Sometimes he would perform “rescue breathing” and chest rubs to revive the semiconscious victims, the detective said.
Some witnesses in the courtroom sobbed during that description, and one couple stormed out, slamming the door.
About 50 observers were in the courtroom at the trial’s start, though some had trickled out by the end of the day. Passions were clearly running high. The Associated Press has not identified the relatives of victims in the case in order to protect the identities of children who are alleged victims of the sexual abuse.
One woman who did not want to be identified but said she was the grandmother of one of the alleged victims said she wished she could shoot Bradley.
Feds Bust Huge Online Child Porn Forum

The feds put an end to an online child porn forum that was rewarding members with status, provided they add more images (that they produced themselves) or providing images that hadn’t been seen before. Obviously, this implies that they are given a higher status based on how often they molested children and shared the images with the forum. This is sickening and I’m glad that it was brought to the fed’s attention. Here is a bit from the press release:
Dreamboard members were divided into groups based on status and ranking. The highest level of membership was “Super VIP.”. Individuals who obtained that title had created new images of child pornography by molesting children and shared those images with the board administrators. The next level of membership was “Super VIP,” which was comprised of trusted members of the website. The next level after Super VIP was the VIP rank. Individuals in the lowest level of membership were called Members. Those in the lower ranks could only access a limited quantity of child pornography on the bulletin board. The higher the rank, the more material was available to the member. Individuals advanced to higher levels of membership by providing child abuse images that the individual had produced, providing a large number of images, or providing images that had never been seen before.
As far as how many people were involved, there are more than a hundred, but about 72 individuals that were charged, and 52, arrested.
Thirteen of the 52 individuals arrested have pleaded guilty. To date, 20 of the 72 charged individuals remain at large and are known only by their online identities. Efforts to identify and apprehend these individuals continue.

Mother and Daughter Molesting Duo
A mother and daughter in Arizona are accused of sexually abusing a teenage boy for three years and police say the pair did it without knowing about each other’s relationship with him.
The teen’s parents contacted police after they learned of steamy text messages reportedly exchanged between their son and Susan Brock. The teen told police he had been meeting Brock for sexual trysts since he was 14.
Susan Brock is accused of picking the unidentified boy up from his home or school, and committing as many as 30 sexual acts in her car, her home, her mother’s home and secluded areas of the city. The acts included masturbatory conduct and oral sex; in other instances, Brock allegedly used three vibrating massagers to stimulate the boy’s penis to the point of ejaculation. No actual intercourse took place. The alleged affair was uncovered when family friends intercepted messages on the boy’s iPod Touch that included references to sex acts and the discovery of a relationship between the victim and Brock. The friends told the teen’s parents; in turn, the victim and his parents contacted police on Friday October 22nd.
Oh, and get a load of this. The New Times tells us that the boy’s teenage girl friend got dragged into it, too. Because the girl friend’s parents forbade their daughter from seeing the victim, Susan Brock set up meetings between the two kids, where she provided them with condoms and let them have sex at her house, presumably when her husband wasn’t home.
During that time, the victim says, he and Brock had up to 30 sexual encounters that included “masturbatory contact and oral sex.” In other instances, the victim told police Brock used “at least three vibrating massagers to stimulate his penis to the point of ejaculation on numerous occasions.”
Obviously, a sexual relationship between a 48-year-old woman and a teenage boy needs to be kept under wraps, so Brock allegedly would pick up the boy from his school or house, drive to a remote location, put the seats in the car down, and do the deed.
Before picking him up, Brock allegedly told the victim to tell his parents that he was “going jogging” so they wouldn’t suspect anything.
In other instances, the victim says, Brock would take him to her house where the two would have sex.
In addition Brock would sometimes take the boy to her mother’s house for sex and even set up meetings between the two kids, where she provided them with condoms and let them have sex at her house.

This just proves: she get it from her mama. It’s obvious that these Brock ladies love younger men. It’s unfortunate that they had to sneak around with a child to get any sort of sexual satisfaction. I mean, you figure if they were both okay with doing this, then they might as well have gone and just paid some of-age sluts to screw ‘em. And what about the kid who was “molested” friends? Why would they rat on him? I mean, any kid at that age that is having a good time with a mother/daughter AND his girlfriend and forgets to mention that to his parents, is most likely a willing participant. I’m NOT saying its right, just saying that I believe the kid wasn’t as innocent as he made it seem when he was confronted with the texts.
