[VIDEO] 17-Year-Old Girl Arrested For Swearing Over 911 Call While Her Father Had Seizure
This story is shocking and downright insane. Although it is around 3 years old, it is necessary to spread this video and share this officer’s arrogance. Swearing is a moral issue, NOT a legal matter. While I do not condone swearing for young people, I also don’t feel its something that should be taken too seriously, seeing as they really are just words. I would also like to know how he knew how old the girl was? And if Sgt. Robert McFarlan didn’t, would he still have treated her just as poorly, even if she was over the age of 18? Many people have been known to act out, especially when their lives and the lives of those they loved are in danger. This young girl’s father was dying for all she knew, and she was counting on 911 to provide her with that. Instead, 17-year-old Adrianne Ledesma was scolded for being foul-mouthed and hung up on by this officer who refused to even ask her what the emergency had been. THEN, the officer LIES about what had transpired during their “conversation”. Absolutely disgusting display of how those in power use it as they please, regardless of the lives that it may affect.

Mother Of 3 Posted Suicide Note On FaceBook Before Shooting Herself, New Photos Posted Days Before She Died
Cynthia Lee, the 23-year-old mother from Michigan, took her life shortly after posting a suicide note on her FaceBook. She left three children behind because she said she couldn’t ”handle this s*** anymore” and that her pain was “too strong to handle any longer”.

She states in her message ’Mom here I come’, because her mother had died in 2007 at the age of 35.
Investigators discovered the young mother dead from a shotgun wound inside her grandfather’s home after using his computer to post her suicide note online.

Woman Molests Children, Takes Photos, And Sends Them To Pedophile
Candice Miller, 32, was apparently duped into molesting her children, taking photos and then sending them to a pedophile. First of all, there is no way anyone can coerce you into molesting your children unless you are a sick piece of shit.
Ms. Miller from Alva, Florida had met a man by the name of Steven Demink, 41, online. Demink is from Michigan and had apparently been arrested and is serving a life sentence for running a con where he convinced women to send him pornographic images of their children. Again, these people must have had some issues to begin with to even consider this and not go straight to police.
He told women across the U.S. that he was a psychologist to persuade them to sexually assault their children as a form of therapy, then send him the images, NBC reported.
I don’t care if the most renowned psychologist on the fucking planet told me to molest (a.k.a. hurt and abuse) my children, there is no way in hell I would EVER consider doing this for any reason. I also wouldn’t believe that a man on the internet asking for child pornography was a damn psychologist. These women were either the most gullible people ever, completely stupid, or just as sick as Mr. Demink.
Miller was arrested in October of 2010 after police found more than 1,000 graphic images on her computer. Not all of these were photos of her 10-year-old and 14-year-old children, either. And this just further convinces me that she was doing this simply to appease her psychologist friend via the internet. (Sarcasm is a quality of mine, by the way).
She could be seen performing sexual acts on one of the children in some of the photos.
Wow. These kids were well aware that what was happening to them was wrong (I’m assuming) and will now have to deal with what has happened…because of AND with their mother. The sad thing is Miller gradually eased her way into full on molestation. So, while it started off small and could be misunderstood by her kids, it quickly escalated into a situation they saw coming, but really didn’t think was possible.
(Demink and Miller) started having graphic conversations about Miller being nude around her children and about her taking showers with them.
Candice Miller is now serving just 25 years for what she has done to her innocent children for a man she had met online in a different state. Sadly, she will most likely only serve half the time and be out on the streets before you know it. I just don’t get why murderers and molesters don’t get similar sentences. People who take advantage of innocence and use that to their advantage to satisfy their own desires without the care of how it affects the child are worthless. They killed the child’s innocence, self-confidence, esteem, social comfortability, self-respect, and the list goes on and on, but usually they get off with some of the shortest sentences. So unjust.

[VIDEO] Senator Gretchen Whitmer Responds to Pro-Bullying Legislation in Michigan
A bill has been passed in Michigan by the Senate’s Republicans that essentially legalizes bullying. The bill was passed in a vote of 26-11, receiving no democratic votes. Ultimately it gives teachers, fellow students, school employees, volunteers and parents, the right to decided that bullying was okay if there was a religious or moral reason.
This seems ridiculous because essentially being gay is “immoral” and “non-religious” in many persons opinions, and will therefore allow any gay kid to continue being bullied because of their immoral acts.
Sadly, the bill is names for a Michigan teen who was bullied so badly he felt inclined to commit suicide. The students name was Matt Epling, and Gretchen does a great job at pointing out that this teen wouldn’t have even been saved by the bill that is named after him.
The Michigan Messenger reports:
In a floor speech Minority Leader in the Senate Gretchen Whitmer (D-East Lansing) slammed the Republicans over the amended language.
“Here today you claim to be protecting kids and you’re actually putting them in more danger,” Whitmer said. “But bullying is not OK. We should be protecting public policy that protects kids — all kids, from bullies — all bullies. But instead you have set us back further by creating a blueprint for bullying.”
“Shockingly, Senate Bill 137 will do more harm than good. Senate Republicans left our students behind in favor of partisan politics and passed a bill that actually allows more bullying. Students and parents expect lawmakers to lead the charge against bullying, but instead Republicans made ideology more important than school safety,” said Emily Dievendorf, policy director of Equality Michigan. “Research clearly shows that only states with enumerated bills see a reduction in bullying. We need a bill that mentions the most affected populations and requires statewide reporting of bullying and harassment. SB 137 simply does nothing to reduce bullying in our schools.”
“To the families of the ten reported suicides that were directly linked to bullying and the countless others that have gone unreported, this bill adds insult to injury,” said Senator Glenn Anderson (D-Westland). “I have been working for years to pass legislation to provide a safe school environment for all of our students. This bill goes in the exact opposite direction and in fact provides a license to bully.”
The legislation passed 26 – 11. It now moves to the Republican-controlled House.
“I am ashamed that this could be Michigan’s bill on anti-bullying, when in fact it is a ‘bullying is OK in MI’ law,” said Kevin Epling, an East Lansing parent whose son committed suicide as a result of bullying. His comment was posted on his Facebook page.
In an interview he had more to say.
“For years the line has been ‘no protected classes,’ and the first thing they throw in — very secretly — was a very protected class, and limited them from repercussions of their own actions. This line has no purpose within this piece of legislation except to incite ‘religious bigotry’ within our schools. Schools are trying to build more tolerant students and future leaders, not automatons blindly following misguided adult leaders who seek a return to a 1950′s America,” Epling said. “This will only cause unrest in schools and give schools one more thing to deal with rather than trying to solve a problem. Also it is not a very well thought out ploy, as in some areas of the state the tables might be turned on the ‘anointed ones’ they seek to keep from being punished. This is just very wrong and the way it was done was wrong as well. It was bullying at its best.”
This is pathetic and a sad day in which we have not moved forward with anti-hate, but rather taken a huge step backwards. We are suppose to be teaching our children that everyone is to be loved and respected, not the other way around. This bill gives righteous young people the freedom to bully a classmate if they see their differences (gay, atheism, etc.) as a reason to insult and degrade another. Yet, if one righteous young person insults another rightwous young person, this bill will make that a crime. Wouldn’t you think that righteous individuals wouldn’t be inclined to bully anyway? Aren’t they expected to respect, love and not judge their peers for that is what God would want?
Truly heartbreaking.

Michigan Country Club Bans Richard Dawkins From Speaking After Discovering He Was An Atheist
To not know that Richard Dawkins is an atheist, but to book him for a speaking arrangement, is absolutely hilarious. You clearly show that your intelligence is lacking. And if it has nothing to do with intellect than it’s just a lack of doing your job properly. If you would like to INVITE someone to come to your place of business and speak, then you should have at least the slightest idea of what exactly it is they do. This man is a notorious Atheist who has been prominent in getting the message of Atheism out into the public’s eye.
In fact, I want to credit Mr. Dawkins, as well as one of my professors at Los Angeles Valley College, with introducing me to Atheism as well as encouraging me (through Dawkins books) to continue on educating myself so that I could make an educated decision about my religious beliefs.
After Mr. Dawkins appearance on The O’Reily Factor (video below), one of the top members of the club learned of Dawkins harsh critiques of religion and decided he would not be a good speaker and no longer wanted him to attend. Mr. Dawkins has said, ‘If the country club had said, “I’m not having Dawkins speak because he’s a Jew, or because he’s black, or because he’s gay,” they would never get away with it.’
Here is the video of Bill O’Reily being extremely ignorant and making points that are well, invalid. I’ll further explain my disgust with his claims after the video:
My frustration with this video comes from the point that Mr. Bill O’Reily tries to make with religion giving humanity morality. Yes, religion does have the ten commandments and teach moral values, but it shouldn’t be the reason that you act morally. If you are willing to act immoral without religion being present, than you are a bad person, period. I am an atheist that thinks ‘thou shall not kill’, not because it’s in the bible, but because I have respect for my fellow-man. I CHOOSE to not lie to those around me because I know the hurt that it will cause and the damage it is capable of doing. Religion is not what taught me that, my love for my friends and family is what has taught me this.
You as an individual person, void of religion, should want to be the very best you. If it takes religion to keep you from doing things that society would look down on, you need to do some serious self-evaluation. I would much rather hang around a bunch of atheists who have their own moral code than a group of religious people who are using the bible and God to stay on the straight and narrow. Do not misunderstand me and think because I have just said this that I do not like religious people, because I do, I love some. My family as well as my girlfriend, who I plant to spend my life with, are religious and I completely respect them for their beliefs. Just because I don’t choose to be religious does not mean that I dislike anybody who is. I just dislike some of what it has done to our society.
Religion has been behind the hatred of homosexuals for quite some time. Although some religions have become more accepting and even aiding in fighting for equal rights for homosexuals, there are still those extremists who refuse to believe that I am just as human and deserving of life as they are because of their interpretation of the bible. This, is not good moral judgment, in my opinion. Everyone, of every religion or non-religion, should have respect for fellow mankind.

Man Dies At Church Minister’s Home After ‘Sex and Drug’ Party
Reverend Mark Bidwell is the minister at the Metropolitan Community Church in Ferndale is also a former police chaplain in Detroit is in the midst of a terrible controversy involving drugs, alcohol, sex and death.
Mr. Bidwell was the one to call 911 after Steven Fitch, 43, had stopped breathing during a party at his place. When was this call placed? 5:30am. The reason the call was so early is because they two had been up all night partying and having sex. In fact, the minister admitted to meeting Fitch online the night before and inviting him to his home to have sex. I’m sure God would be proud of this man representing him here on earth.
According to the police report Bidwell told a 911 operator: ‘I’ve got someone who has apparently stopped breathing.’
When the dispatcher asked how old the victim was, the 52-year-old replied: ‘Honestly, I don’t even know. We just met today.’

Outback Steakhouse Serves Alcohol To 4-Year-Old And Two Teens
This has got to be the greatest Outback Steakhouse ever. Usually, as a minor, I was stuck having to use someone else’s ID or count on the fact that the waiter was to careless, to serve me alcohol; And this was when I was 20-years-old. This 4-year-old either looked much older than she appeared or the person serving her had some issues that need to be worked out.
Outback restaurants have apologised after a four-year-old girl was served a vodka and peach schnapps slushy that she was told was non-alcoholic.
Kelly Kerwin said that as her family waited to be seated in the restaurant in Mason, Ohio, a waitress offered her daughter the drink in a small cup.
‘My sister asked if there was alcohol in them and she said no, so we all took one and the kids had a couple,’ said Mrs Kerwin.
And how on earth did these adults not realize they were ingesting alcohol? Unless they were absolute lushes, I don’t see how their taste buds could have been immune to even the slightest amount of alcohol. Mine? That’s a completely different story. I would have downed 6 of those bad boys before determining that my 4-year-old was sloshed out of their mind.
Ironically, this isn’t the first time this happened! There is another chain restaurant that has royally fucked up and sold alcohol to a minor under the age of 5: Applebees. And I’m sorry, but whoever worked at this chain and gave this child the delicious margarita definitely deserves some recognition. The KIDS meal was served with a margarita to a 15-month-old boy, who, quite frankly, was acting like a drunk at the dinner table. He was so inebriated that he had to be rushed to the hospital.
Hands down, Applebees is the place to go if you’re young and looking to get wasted. Sadly though, it’s located in Michigan and the Outback is in Ohio. Still waiting for a California restaurant to learn the importance of underage drinking.
Bride Arrested on Wedding Day
Tammy Lee Hinton, 50, was arrested on the day she said ‘I DO’ for identity theft. Authorities in Port Richey had been searching for Hinton and finally apprehended her when she returned to Michigan for her own wedding. Lucky for her, they let Hinton and the groom proceed with the ceremony before taking her into custody. Personally, I would have called the wedding off, but I’m not too shocked that the man choosing to marry her went through with it.
“Hinton was booked Saturday at the Jackson County jail, veil, gown and all. Hinton appeared hours later before a judge who let her post $5,000 bail so she could return to the wedding festivities.”
I am in awe that someone with such an extensive criminal history as well as being known to flee had such a low bail just so she could return to her festivities. It’s good to know that justice has been executed. Oh, and here’s the kicker…
Update: “Hinton was a no-show for Monday’s arraignment, he said. Officers are once again looking for her.”
