35 Pounds Of Cocaine Mailed To The UN Headquarters… Whoops

The United Nations headquarters in New York wee shocked when they discovered 35.5 pounds of cocaine had been delivered to them from Mexico.

The AFP reports that the U.N. officials stated that the drugs had been mailed through DHL, which handles all of the United Nations mail. It was concealed in fake diplomatic sacks.

“It is my understanding that because there was no addressee, the DHL just thought well that’s the U.N. symbol so we should ship it on to U.N. headquarters and let them figure out who it was supposed to go to,” Deputy Commissioner Paul Browne, of the New York Police Department told the AFP.

Someone is going to die in Mexico, that’s for sure. I mean, to lose the product alone would be a fail on someone’s part, to to have it accidentally shipped to the United Nations?! Whoever is responsible should get the fuck out of town or just off themselves before the cartel gets a chance to do so.

The New York Times has the details:

“Authentic pouches have the words “United Nations” and “Diplomatic Mail” printed on the outside, as well as the body’s logo. But these cheap cotton bags had only the logo. There was no wording, no address, no manifest, no airway bill. They had been delivered from Mexico by the courier company DHL, according to diplomats who spoke on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss the seizure.

“When the bags were opened, the contents appeared to be 14 notebooks wrapped in cellophane, [the U.N.'s head of security] said, but on further inspection they were found to be hollowed out and each one filled with a kilogram, about 2.2 pounds, of cocaine.”

The U.N. is reassuring everyone that this was not meant for any of the diplomats and believes that someone just thought the seal would help get it through the US Border, but apparently didn’t count on it ACTUALLY being delivered. Dumb ass drug dealers.

Best Barstool Article Today! 10-Year-Old Mother: Mexico’s Marketing Scheme

DMA Mexican girl has become a mother at the age of just 10, according to reports. The youngster arrived at a hospital in the city of Puebla, suffering from life-threatening complications in her 31-week pregnancy, including seizures. She gave birth by Caesarean section to a boy weighing 3.3lb at the Women’s Hospital in the city, 60 miles south-east of Mexico City. Her premature son is now said to be in intensive care following a bout of pneumonia, but officials said his young mother visits the baby every day to breastfeed, according to the New York Daily News. The paper said the hospital revealed the baby boy is in a good condition considering his premature birth and the mother is recovering well after first coming to the centre on October 22. However, hospital director Rogelio Gonzalez told UpFrontNewswire that the birth had been reported to the state’s Attorney General’s Office, which is investigating whether the girl could have been raped and who the father is. Mexican state laws prevent young mothers having abortions unless they can prove they were the victim of sexual assault. The legal age of consent is 12 and women who have abortions in Puebla face a fine or prison sentence if they are unable to prove they were sexually abused. However, the laws are currently under review.

Barstool’s commentary by maurice:

How you gotta breastfeed me mom you ain’t got no tits! The legal age to consent is 12? TWELVE? Mexico you sneaky bastards.

I thought you already had it all figured out with the rampant drugs and easy access to guns and policia who can be paid off for 20 pesos and churro, but now you’re going public with your pregnant 10 year olds? I know what you’re up to and I ain’t havin it. Creating international stories of sexually-active 10 year-olds trying to attract the best of the best pedophile football minds down to your stupid country. I know you’re hungry to get in the American Football business but shit like this just ain’t gonna fly.

Our child-raping coaches won’t necessarily just be into your children just because they’re young. Americans — no matter how rape-y — hold high standards. Our coaches aren’t just gonna bang any dirty brown preteen with a crustache. You better make sure those kids are supple, clean, and have basic English skills. Otherwise this 4th grader pregnancy marketing scheme will absolutely blow up in your face.

This has got to be one of the most hilarious articles I have read in a while. Yes, it is most definitely wrong. But it’s also fucking amazing. While I sometimes wish I could write in a much more sarcastic tone, I also feel I would alienate some audiences. And to be totally honest, I haven’t gained a worthy enough following to pull shit like that.

Until then, these guys are where you go to get your crude, sarcastic, fucked up responses to what’s happening in the World from the bullshit to the bull that created the shit.

Cocaine Dealer Gets Deported To Mexico By Pretending He’s An Illegal Immigrant

Jaime Alvarado, 27, is an American citizen, but after being caught dealing cocaine, he decided to tell police that he was an illegal immigrant in an attempt at being deported back to Mexico instead. He said he was Mexican Saul Quiroz and pleaded guilty to having both cocaine and heroin and intending on distributing.

He lied about his birth date and claimed he was an illegal immigrant TWICE in front of judges.

Alvarado was facing a sentence of up to 15 years but instead was deported, according to court records.

After being deported, Alvarado who was from Salt Lake City, Utah, returned back to the US, using his real passport. If he would have stayed out of trouble, he could have avoided having been caught, but instead, he resorted back to his old ways. He was arrested on charges that were related to a previous case.

A letter that he had written to the judge explained that he did in fact lie about his identity, and asked for leniency because his family had depended on him.

He wrote: ‘I have a good job right now, a lot of little girls waiting for me and a family that will support me. It’s my first offence and my last. I want to spend the rest of my life with my kids!’

Although he was released, he was again charged in Utah’s 3rd District Court. Unfortunately, he failed to report to state authorities and now a warrant has been issued for his arrest. I don’t know about you, but I’d be willing to bet he went back to Mexico.

Anonymous Threat To Los Zetas Mexican Drug Cartel Is NOT True

A video was posted on October 6th, 2011 in which a man wearing the mask that is notorious with the hacktivist group “Anonymous” claims that a member of the group was kidnapped during Operation Paperstorm in the city of Veracruz by the Los Zetas Drug Cartel in Mexico, and are demanding he be returned.

Operation Paperstorm was a pro-Anonymous flyering campaign held on 13th, 20th and 29th August in the region.

In the video, the person who seems to be promoting the message is speaking Spanish and using Mexican slang. According to the Houston Chronical, he is heard saying:

We want the army and the navy to know that we are fed up of the criminal group Zetas, who have concentrated on kidnapping, stealing and blackmailing in different ways. […]

For the time being, we won’t post photos or the names … of the taxi drivers, the journalists or the newspapers nor of the police officers [who have collaborated with Los Zetas], but if needed, we will publish them including their addresses, to see if by doing so the government will arrest them.

We can’t defend ourselves with a weapon, but if we can do this with their cars, houses, bars, brothels and everything else in their possession … It won´t be difficult. We all know who they are and where they are.

Firstpost -

The kidnapping and video went unremarked and unreported until the American global intelligence think-tank Stratfor published a free article (behind registration) on its website on 28 October. At that point, the media feeding frenzy started.

The story was a juicy one. Los Zetas is a formidable drug cartel, explains the AP:

Veracruz, an oil state on the Gulf of Mexico with a major port of the same name, has seen a spike in drug violence in recent months in what authorities say is a battle between the Zetas drug cartel, which has controlled the territory for at least a year, and its rivals. Dozens of bodies have been showing up in recent weeks, including the dumping of 35 last month on a main highway in rush-hour traffic in the city of Boca del Rio.

The idea that a distributed, ad hoc network of hackers could take on some of the most violent criminals in Mexico was the ultimate David and Goliath story. But the story went unmentioned on Anonymous’ various Twitter accounts, and on the site Pastebin, one of Anonymous’ favourite ways to communicate with the world.

Like many stories that sound too good to be true, this one also is. Vivir Mexico published an article (Spanish) about the defacement of website of Tabasco politician Gustavo Rosario, whose hacked site accuses him of being ‘Es Zeta’, implying he is a Los Zetas collaborator. In an update, they include a message from Anonymous Mexico (translation via Google):

Dear Followers and supporters of this page. Anonymous I hereby FULLY DISCLAIMS Mexico is the responsibility of the news of hacking a page that is related to the alleged cartel Z’s. Our struggle is not of this type and our ideals do not go with that operation. The article published by various electronic media is completely FALSE !!!!. We ask for your support to spread this release.

Anonymous is, however, a leaderless ad hoc network. Anyone can join in and start a campaign in the “name” of Anonymous without necessarily having the full backing of the group. It may be that the originator of the video feels themselves to be a part of Anonymous and thus able to speak in their voice. But the ‘official’ denial—not much in Anonymous circles can really be described as actually official—throws doubt on the idea that there’s any sort of organised, widespread group behind this.

But could such a protest actually work? Can drug cartels be challenged by the collective wiles of cunning hackers? Says The Telegraph:

Stratfor, in its analysis of the video, said anyone exposed by Anonymous as a Zetas collaborator – accurately or not – would surely be targeted by rival gangs and the Zetas could respond by attacking internet activists even if they are not affiliated with Anonymous.

Were Anonymous to get behind a campaign of exposure, they would be risking the lives of everyone listed, regardless of the facts of any alleged collaboration. To make real progress, they would have to develop a very different modus operandi.

Indeed, successful attempts to combat organised crime, such as the Mafia in Palermo, Sicily, relied upon the engagement of entire communities. Addiopizzo means ‘Goodbye Pizzo’, with pizzo being the name for the protection monies demanded by the Mafia, and the grassroots Addiopizzo movement built a community of businesses and consumers who refuse to bow to Mafia extortion. Started in 2004, the organisation now has nearly 700 pizzo-free shops and businesses.

Addiopizzo also served as inspiration for Mafia? Nein Danke! (Mafia? No Thanks!), an organisation fighting the mafia in Germany. Formed in 2007 after a blood feud resulted in six deaths, German Italians organised to counter the activities of mafia-like organisations.

Anyone challenging the drug cartels in Mexico, whether they are a part of Anonymous or not, is taking a dangerous step, but with the escalating violence and inability of the authorities to control the cartels, it may be a risk that some feel driven to take.

Casey Anthony Had Seizure While Caylee Was Dying? And She Wants To Be A Mexico Citizen?

George and Cindy Anthony have done an interview with Dr.Phil and the show is set to air on Monday. Many people have been highly anticipating this interview because it has been mentioned that they may give some reasoning as to what really happened the day that Caylee Anthony died.

In fact, Cindy Anthony explains Casey’s medical condition and previous trouble with gran mal seizures and this could have been happening during the drowning of Caylee. While you may be thinking that AFTER the seizure, she surely could have handled the situation like a responsible adult, Cindy Anthony has an explanation for why she did not.

According to a Fox News source, Cindy Anthony will claim that the seizures may be symptomatic of a condition that makes it difficult at times ‘to sort fact from fiction’.

This seems just as ridiculous as the outcome of the trial, in my opinion. To me, this seems like a good way to get more ratings for the television program of Dr. Phil as opposed to a legitimate answer as to what had really occurred that fateful day. Nonetheless, I will watch this interview and will most likely be disappointed by the lack of new information or acknowledgment of irresponsibility.

But what about the infamous Casey Anthony? As we all know she is currently serving her year probation in Florida, but already has made plans once she has finished up with this. The National Enquirer, which I really don’t think knows much more than people in African tribes who have no access to television or media, has stated she has made plans to move to a secluded beach villa in Mexico. Apparently a man from California has been carrying on a romantic relationship with the infamous child non killer and has provided her with $200,000 already to help her out during this difficult time.

Bullshit. And sadly, we’ll have to wait a year to prove this story wrong.

Teacher Becomes Drug Smuggler Unknowingly

Ana Isela Martinez Amaya, a teacher at an El Paso school, spent more than a month in a Juarez jail after Mexican police found drugs in her car at the Mexico-U.S. border crossing. But FBI agents uncovered a complex drug operation that involved tracking Ford cars and copying their keys. Their investigation ultimately led to charges against Martinez being dropped.

NPR- July 21, 2011: “For Ana Isela Martinez Amaya, May 26 began like any other school morning.

Martinez got up at 5:45 a.m. and got her 6-year-old daughter ready for school. At 6:30, the two of them left their house in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, in a tan 2003 Ford Focus. They headed toward the Stanton Street Bridge crossing into Texas.

Martinez is a teacher at a bilingual charter school in El Paso. She had just been named the Teacher of the Year at her school.

By the end of the day, the 35-year-old mother of two would be under arrest, accused of attempting to smuggle more than 100 pounds of marijuana into the United States.

Because Martinez crossed daily into the U.S., she had applied for a SENTRI pass from the Department of Homeland Security. The pass costs $122 a year and pass holders must submit to a rigorous background check. In exchange, they can use the SENTRI Express Lane at the border, where travelers generally are processed much faster.

Because of her SENTRI pass and because of her regular commute, Martinez unwittingly had fallen victim to a new scheme by a local drug smuggling gang.

‘This Is Not Happening To Me’

As Martinez drove onto the bridge on the morning of May 26, her daughter was strapped into a car seat in the back. Newspaper vendors wandered through the traffic, waving the latest edition of El Diario. Filthy young men with squirt bottles threatened to wash commuters’ windshields. Mexican soldiers were randomly inspecting vehicles on the Mexican side of the bridge.

When I saw the two suitcases in my trunk, I thought it was like a bad dream. I thought, ‘This is not real. This is not happening to me.’

- Ana Isela Martinez

“They asked me to pull over,” Martinez says. “They also asked me to open my trunk.”

One of the requirements of the SENTRI pass program is that users must keep their personal belongings visible to the customs agents. So on her morning commutes, Martinez would put her purse and her daughter’s schoolbag on the front passenger seat. She says she never put anything in her trunk.

“So when I saw the two suitcases in my trunk, I thought it was like a bad dream,” she says. “I thought, ‘This is not real. This is not happening to me.’ Of course, you know already that something bad is inside.”

Inside was more than 100 pounds of marijuana.

Martinez immediately declared that she’d never seen the two bags before. She begged the soldiers to let her call her husband to come pick up their daughter, but they wouldn’t let her.

“I had to keep myself calm because I wanted her to remain calm,” Martinez recalls.

“She was looking at me,” she says of her 6-year-old. “She was looking at the military all around us, with their weapons. … She was very mature for a little girl at that age. Very calm.”

Martinez saw one of her co-workers driving by and she frantically waved for her to stop. Martinez tried to give her daughter to the co-worker but again the military officers wouldn’t allow it. Eventually the soldiers took Martinez and her daughter together to the local prosecutor’s offices.

“We stayed there a couple of hours. Finally, they let me give my daughter to my husband,” she says. Martinez was sent straight to a Mexican jail.”
