Fellony Silas Charged With Felony Battery After a Bar Attack
If you believe in God, I highly suggest that you not name your daughter Fellony. Why? Because if I were God, I would most definitely make sure that a child named Fellony wound up arrested for Felony because the irony and hilarity is just too amazing. Figure someone so lonely, such as God, would love to make things like this take place. I mean, who wouldn’t?
Fellony Silas, 30, was arrested on Sunday after smashing a glass on a woman’s forehead inside an Indiana bar. The victim was left with cuts and bruises, but one hell of a story.
The victim who was six years Silas’ junior said that the she had bumped into the ironically named attacker on the dance floor, which then led to an argument. Silas went to jail where felons belong, while the victim was taken to the hospital.
I hate to admit it, but I’m a little ashamed because my girlfriend and I have a dog who we named Felon (female). I thought our bitches name was definitely fitting, but I can assure you she’s never smashed a glass over anyone’s head.

Very Confused Man Shoots Bullets Into President Barack Obama’s Window At White House
Oscar Ramiro Ortega-Hernandez is the very religiously and socially confused man who attempted to shoot bullets into President Barack Obama’s window at the White House in Washington D.C. The reason I am under the assumption he’s confused is due to the conflicting artwork all over his body.
The Park Police had also released photographs showing that Mr. Ortega had distinctive tattoos, including the word “Israel” on the left side of his neck. He is also said to have three dots tattooed on his right hand, the name “Ortega” on his back, rosary beads and hands clasped in prayer on his right chest and folded hands on his left chest.
Even if he were to say that this was done because of religious beliefs, we’d have to ask him which religion he was even currently interested in. My belief, is that the man is clearly out of his mind and this is probably the most notoriety and attention he’ll ever receive.
While he was a missing suspect for quite some time, he has now been taken into the custody of the Pennsylvania State Police after being reprehended in Indiana, Pennsylvania. He is in for a rough time. I mean, he shot bullets into the fucking President’s window. Crazy or not, my bet is this is now GAME OVER.

[VIDEO] American Juggalo: A GREAT Short Documentary On The Juggalo Gathering
Earlier today I hesitated when I was told I should watch this video, but I must admit that it was not only worth watching, but so good, that I felt compelled to share it with whomever I could. The individuals that are featured in this short film are definitely entertaining and are the most colorful people I have ever seen or heard from. The language is explicit and clothing is absent at times, on the females, of course. Even if you’re not intrigued and don’t care to click ‘Play’, I encourage you to just do it, or come back later and make time for it. YOU WILL NOT regret it. This was posted 4 days ago and has quickly started gaining recognition. Everything about it: the editing, the directing, the producing, and the filming are extraordinary.

Grandpa And LONG Hikes
Christopher Carlson is grandfather to three young boys aged 8, 9 and 12. He decided to take the boys on a hike through the Grand Canyon, which although seemed very sweet, was absolute torture. The hike was 19 miles long and forced upon the boys in 108 degree weather. The Arizona Daily Sun gives a great description of the events:
He is accused of beating them, making them walk on ulcerated blisters, denying them food and water, and forcing them to run up the trail under the intense sun.
According to a complaint filed Tuesday by the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Flagstaff, rangers and passersby took note of several instances regarding alleged abuse by Christopher A. Carlson, of Indianapolis, against the boys, ages 12, 9 and 8, on two trips to the Grand Canyon during a summer cross-country trip.
Apparently, this was just one of the many hikes that this loving grandfather took his adoring grandchildren out for. Luckily, the eldest was able to secretly ask for help on the most recent trip, where Carlson was arrested for child endangerment.
The boys told investigators that they had been hit, pushed, choked, pinched, squeezed and whipped during the day’s hike, and that they had vomited several times, sometimes when the man forced their fingers down their throats.
They also said they were not allowed to drink water until they reached Phantom Ranch and sneaked water from the Colorado River, and that they had been limited to little food. Rangers fed and hydrated the boys inside an ambulance.
Mother who ‘let boyfriend yank out her two-year-old son’s teeth and toenails’ jailed for 13 years
Jessica Carder, 22, has been sentenced to nearly 14 years because she allowed her boyfriend to yank out her 18-month-old son’s teeth and toenails, with pliers. She was high at the time, and has used this as an excuse for “not knowing” what her boyfriend was doing to her son.
28-year-old Andrew Richards is the sick piece of crap that took pleasure out of torturing her young child. He is not the boy’s father, thank goodness, and will be in prison for the torment he inflicted on this innocent little person. Luckily, the judge didn’t let Carder off too easy because he was appalled that nothing was done during the incident or after in terms of seeking medical attention.
‘I think if a parent saw their child in that situation, they would run, not walk, to seek medical attention,’ said Judge Alison Frazier.
During Monday’s four hour hearing, photos from the boy’s medical examination were shown to the court.
‘The second she started looking at those photos and noticed the ramifications of what happened to her child, she began crying,’
Jennifer Joas, Carder’s defense attorney, told the Madison Courier.
Carder was first questioned after police got a tip from the 18-month-old’s grand parents. They had noticed that he had two teeth missing as well as cuts and bruises on his body. Karl Roy Andersen, the innocent victim, “would have suffered ‘extreme pain’ through the tooth torture. It would have taken tremendous force to remove a tooth and he added that there was no way the boy would have been able to take them out on his own.”
The typical excuse was used, and Carder claimed that she feared Richards, which is why she did not step in or get help for the boy after this painful experience. She was also able to explain away the bruises by sharing that Richards had had a seizure while holding the boy and his grip grew tighter. Unfortunately, it’s hard to believe that the same man who went to great lengths to take a child’s toenails and teeth out, accidentally, squeezed him too hard. That is just absurd.
Although it’s not great what happened, at least he is no longer under his mother or father’s care. They have both got themselves caught up in legal matters in regards to prescription pills; And Carden has already admitted she was too high to intervene during the abuse.
Carder testified she had been using prescription pills and marijuana since she was 14 and was an addict by the time she was 16.
The child’s father, also named Karl Roy Andersen, is in jail for using stolen prescription slips to buy and sell pills.
The boy is now in the custody of his grandparents.
The child’s paternal grandfather, Karl Andersen, had prepared a statement for the court to hear in regards to the abuse of his grandson:
‘When my wife told me what happened to him, I couldn’t stop crying.
Jessica Carder does not care one bit about her son. She only cares about herself,’ he said.
Anti-Gay Lawmaker Offers $80 For Gay Teen Craigslist M4M Hotel Hookup
I absolutely LOVE these stories! Old closeted homo tries to romp around with young teen boys (who they assume won’t be able to make the connection of who they are) gets caught. The great thing though, is that it happens all the time! There are so many Conservatives, Republicans, Politicians, Anti-gay lawmakers, etc. out there getting their freak on behind closed doors and condemning us for being true to who we are and doing it with the door wide open.
So because they like to make a mockery of our lives, I am all about sharing with the world the ironic situations they get themselves into. Silly politicians, young gay boys like money, and stories like this, bring more than $80.
An anti-gay, opposite-sex married Indiana state lawmaker offered a young man he met through a Craigslist M4M section $80 to meet for a hookup at a local Marriott hotel, and when the young man tried to back out of the deal, exposed himself and tried to prevent him from leaving the hotel room, according to a report in the Indianapolis Star.
The six-term, 64-year old Catholic, Republican lawmaker, Rep. Phillip Hinkle, has voted against same-sex marriage, and even voted to ban marriage equality via a constitutional amendment.
The Star recounts the entire event in great detail, from the time the young man, Kameryn Gibson, “who lists his age as 20 in the ad but says he is 18 years old,” is contacted by Hinkle, to Hinkle’s email address, to details of the email exchanges, and includes statements that Hinkle offered the young man and his sister — who came to rescue her brother once the deal went awry — $100, along with his Blackberry and iPad. Later, Hinkle’s wife reportedly offered the brother and sister $10,000 to keep quiet.
The Craigslist ad was posted at 7:37 a.m. Saturday. The ad shows two pictures of Kameryn Gibson, shirtless with pants pulled below the top of his underwear.
The ad’s text features one written line: “Email me and I’ll tell you everything you need to know!”
Forty-seven minutes later, he received a response from phinkle46 @comcast.net, with the email signature “Sent from Phil’s iPad.”
“Cannot be a long time sugar daddy,” the email reads, “but can for tonight. Would you be interested in keeping me company for a while tonight?”
The email offers “to make it worth (your) while” in cash, and offers a personal description: “I am an in shape married professional, 5’8″, fit 170 lbs, and love getting and staying naked.”
Fifteen minutes later, Kameryn Gibson replied: “Yes I can!” He also sent along his phone number.
What followed was an email exchange between phinkle46 @comcast.net and Kameryn Gibson. One email from Hinkle’s account asks “what will make you happy for giving me a couple hours of your time tonight?”
Gibson: “Wat (sic) can you give me?”
Phinkle46 @comcast.net: “How about $80 for services rendered and if real satisfied a healthy tip? That make it worth while?”
The two agreed on the price and discussed logistics. An email sent at 9:44 a.m., also with the signature “Sent from Phil’s iPad” and sent from Hinkle’s personal account, lays clear the parameters for the tip: “Final for the record, for a really good time, you could get another 50, 60 bucks. That sound good?”
Later, about 5 p.m., phinkle46 @comcast.net offered to pick up the young man at his Westside home and drive him to the JW Marriott hotel.
“Hello Kitty” Devotee Preys On Young Girls
Erik Epperson is a 22-year-old guy living in Indiana and working at a pizzeria. He also considers himself a “Hello Kitty” devotee, and tends to wear clothing and accessories to show his admiration.
Unfortunately, right now he is being held on criminal charges for going to California for the purpose of having sex (or sexual activity) with a minor. The odd part is that he willingly admitted that this information was accurate. He stated that he met the San Diego girl on facebook through a mutual friend of theirs. Epperson didn’t stop there, but continued to tell investigators all of his dirty little secrets.
Epperson copped to having sex with about a dozen other female juveniles and said that he “recorded himself having sexual intercourse” with three girls and took a photo of another girl’s nude vagina “because it looked nice.”
He also, told investigators that he “sent nude pictures of his penis to several girls,” adding that he “could not find any girls over 18 years old to date because of what he believed to be his own 15 year old girl personality.”
And he also told the FBI that he was in the process of joining the Navy “so that he could travel to Japan and see the world.” I have a feeling that he was headed to Japan for something other than to sight see. You don’t get sexually involved with 14-year-old Japanese girls in California, and then plan on going to Japan just to “see the world.”
Epperson will probably never be able to prove me right though, due to the fact that he may face up to 30 years in prison for traveling over state lines to have sex with a minor. He should have waited until he was in Japan; Now he’s the one that’s going to be having sex with older inmates, who are most likely not going to be Japanese.
Drunk Cop Crashes Truck Pulling DARE Trailer
Gawker – A 38-year-old cop in Indiana, John Newcomb, was arrested Wednesday night after he side-swiped a parked car with his truck and then plowed into a tree, apparently while he was drunk. A woman who heard the crash and saw the immediate aftermath gave some details of the scene to local news channel WAVE 3. The best part of this otherwise average drunk driving-cop story is the trailer Newcomb was pulling :
“It said DARE (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) and Seymour Police Department- which made me think he was a police officer,” said Mr. Robbins.
Not only a police officer, but according to the Seymour Police Department website, he is the School Resource Officer, responsible for seven schools, acting as a mentor and providing students with a role model. It even states that he conducts lectures on narcotics and alcohol and their effects on driving.
“He’s not setting a good example for kids that see this,” said Mr. Robbins.
States De-fund Planned Parenthood’s Due To Abortions
“GOP lawmakers in four states so far — Indiana, North Carolina, Wisconsin, and Kansas — have defunded Planned Parenthood in their 2011 legislative sessions because some of the organization’s clinics provide abortions.”
Abortions are legal and should be a personal matter. Unfortunately, many conservative states do not see it that way and have taken the situation into their own hands. Planned Parenthood has offered many procedures, medications and assistance to women who didn’t have the resources. With the states pulling the funds, it has made it nearly impossible for low-income individuals to be able to even afford medication, yet along a procedure like an abortion. These women should have the ability and freedom to make their own decisions and just because they are lower on the pay scale, they should not be condemned.
These politicians may think what they’re doing is best in regards to the economy and morally, but again, it is not their place to make decisions based on their moral opinions. Who knows what situation could have led to the need for Planned Parenthood’s services (i.e. rape). I am outraged by these states and hope that no others follow in their footsteps.
