Man Arrested For Having Sex With Pet Dog Mimi, who was ‘whimpering in pain’

article-2130781-12A0BAD1000005DC-712_468x563

UPDATE: Friday April 20th, 2012 @ 11:45 AM – Mimi, the 10 lb. poodle mix, is back with her owners and starting to seem a little more like her old self. No longer seeming to be in pain and being friendly to strangers again, despite the horrendous act of being penetrated by a 28-year-old man.

Dailymail -

A man was arrested for having sex with his pet dog Mimi after a witness told police he saw him penetrate the canine, which was said to be whimpering in pain.

Jenson Bolla-Sosa, 28, of Fort Lauderdale, was charged with knowingly having sexual contact with a dog, cruelty to an animal and resisting arrest without violence.

While this is definitely a sick and perverted crime, I’d like to first ask why he was charged with ‘knowingly having sexual contact with a dog’? Is it possibly to be having sex with a dog and NOT know? It’s not like he got wasted and went to stick it in his lady and accidentally started screwing a dog without noticing the hair and dog whimpers. Knowing it’s a dog should be a given when you have sex with it.

Anyway, he is now out on bail for $12,500 and is also being investigated by the Immigration and Naturalization Service. When you come to America, allegedly illegal, and rape our dogs, we get pissed. One of the few things you get into trouble for, here in America, when you’ve illegally immigrated here.

‘Gendarmes Bust Ring of Suspected Lesbians’

article-2105855-11E441CD000005DC-155_468x286

An old co-worker of mine showed me this article and thought I might want to share it with other people. Not only is it absolutely disgusting, but it sheds light on how much progress we have made here in America with gaining equal rights as homosexual citizens in this country. I am in no way condoning or accepting what rights we have now, because until same-sex marriage is legal throughout the country, there is still a prejudice that exists. But, we do need to be happy with the strides we have taken and stand up and help those fighting for their rights, whether they live here in the U.S. or outside of this country. We can’t expect that things change here and then care nothing about other people’s situations changing, like those in Cameroon.

Cameroon Postline:

By Divine Ntaryike Jr

Some 10 women accused of indulging in same sex practices have been taken into pre-trial confinement at Ambam, a locality in Cameroon’s administrative South Region.  Gendarmes swooped down on the suspects with a wave of arrests launched on February 14, the local public prosecutor’s office reported late Wednesday.

The state-owned Cameroon Radio and Television, CRTV narrated in a radio newscast Wednesday that the “scandal” was triggered following the expression of jealousy by a jilted lesbian.  Esther Afan, 39, had tended a secret homosexual relationship with Matilde Essono, 26, for several years.

A couple of months ago, however, Matilde dumped her older lover for another woman.  Unable to cope with the feeling of having been so unceremoniously ditched, Esther tactfully sought revenge by confiding in Matilde’s spouse, Martin Essono.  He tipped him off about his spouse’s “unorthodox” sexual inclination and her new homosexual relationship.

The intrigued Essono immediately rushed to report the matter to local gendarmes who straightaway launched a probe.  For several days, they tailed the unsuspecting Matilde, especially recording her appointments and venues with other women.  Once satisfied with their database, they began pouncing on the suspects.

Among the nabbed suspects are women residing as far off as Kye-Ossi, a border town linking Cameroon to Equatorial Guinea and Gabon.  Reports indicate homosexuality is skyrocketing at the border intersection town. Homosexuality is illegal in Cameroon and convicts face sentences of between six months and five years as well as fines that can stretch up to a maximum 200,000 CFA francs (about US$400).

Gay rights defender and founder of the founded the Association for the Defense of Homosexuals, Alice Nkom says detainees are frequently tortured in police stations to force them confess. Nkom says homophobia is currently spreading like bush fire in Cameroon.  “It’s getting worse.  These laws are illegal – the declaration of human rights is part of our constitution – but the judges still apply them.

People accused of homosexuality are put in jail straight away,” she told reporters in November last year after three men were each sentenced to five years in prison for homosexual acts. International rights defenders including Amnesty International have frequently lambasted Cameroon’s homosexuality law, rating it draconian and discriminatory and demanding its abolition.  But the authorities have stubbornly turned a deaf ear to such requests.

Last year, the government demanded and successfully obtained the withdrawal of grants allocated the Association for the Defense of Homosexuals by the European Union.  Nkom says she has received numerous death threats from fellow lawyers and Cameroonians, as well as a threat from the Ministry of Justice to dismiss her from the country’s roster of legal practitioners.

Thursday 4Play: Marijuana!

mom,note,weed,funny,handwritten,humor-a1fb88d055e406f1227e6ce9949cead8_h

I LOVE marijuana and believe that it should be legalized. I could go on and on about the benefits of marijuana and how it’s better than alcohol and that it’s a great idea for our economy, but I don’t want to bore the shit out of you. So, here are some funny photos to help express my opinions on the matter…

For those of you who are still reading now that the funny photos are done, I’d like to express that I not only enjoy weed recreationally, but I also have a chronic disorder called CRPS. This stands for Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome (or Complex Regional Pain Syndrome, previously known as RSD) and means that I am intense pain almost all the time. I do have my medical license and consider medical marijuana my medication seeing as I’d prefer to be high and have less pain than doped up on 15 to 20 pills a day. With medical marijuana I can work, endure the pain I have, and also be more aware than I would be on prescription pills. Legalization is something that should be more of a focus, especially considering how many chronic pain disorders there are, that affect so many people in this country. I would rather get ‘too stoned’ (which is ridiculous, and impossible to OD on) than get alcohol poisoning and die or overdose on my prescription pills. Just some food for thought.

This is the only option I have that doesn’t have fatal consequences if I over-indulge.

California Politician Killed After Finding a Secret Opium Farm

GAWKER -

A city councilman and former mayor of Fort Bragg, California was gunned down while investigating a report of an illegal drug farm there. This won’t help Mendocino County’s reputation as among the mellowest of narco-hubs.

The former mayor, Jere Melo, was reportedly investigating a report of an illegal pot farm on private timberland when he and a companion encountered a collection of opium poppies and then came under fire from a high caliber rifle. The other man survived; Melo, a 69 year old pillar of the community, did not. The 35 year old suspect in the case is a transient with a history of mental problems — he recently wrote to Chinese diplomats about the “Martian military” — but the drug connection could cast surrounding Mendocino County in a harsher light.

County officials estimate up to two thirds of the local economy traces back to marijuana cultivation, with many of the smaller farms perfectly legal under state medical marijuana laws yet still banned under federal law. There’s even been talk of a “marijuana bubble” there in recent years as tighter border security drove up prices. That sort of scene tend to attract not-so-chill dudes with guns; hopefully local authorities are improving their ability to keep away the ones they fail to mellow out.

Stamina enhancement pills containing dead babies are sold in China

Geekosystem – Supposedly, there was a rumor floating around that somewhere in China, pills made out of dead babies were being sold. A Korean television documentary team decided to track down the truth behind this rumor, and reportedly found a hospital that sells dead babies — mostly abortions or stillbirths, with “mostly” being a scary word here when you think about it — to medicine companies. The team found that when the hospital has a “deceased baby case,” the staff are instructed to immediately alert the medicine company.

The television team also reportedly uncovered the process by which the dead baby pills are made. Supposedly, the medicine companies store the dead babies in a “normal family’s refrigerator,” so as to be undiscoverable, and when they are ready to use the dead baby, they put it into a medical drying microwave. Once dry, they grind the dead baby up and put the powder into a pill capsule.

Supposedly, the television team paid a lot of money to get some of the pills, and when they tested them, found the pills’ contents were 99.7 percent human, and were also able to discern the babies’ gender from the powder, as well as found hair and nail remnants.

The dead babies used are supposedly used with the mother’s consent. The documentary will air August 6 on SBS TV South Korea.

The only thing I’m having trouble understanding is whether the product has actually been proven to work? You would think, if people went to such lengths to obtain dead baby pills, that the pay off would be well worth it. Still though, nail fragments and hair? I don’t know if I could stomach that.

Chinese Couple Sells All 3 Children To Play Online Games

Comstock/Thinkstock

ABC(DONGGUAN, China) — A young Chinese couple has sold all three of their children in exchange for money to play online games at Internet cafes, reports a southern Chinese newspaper.

According to Sanxiang City News, the couple met in an Internet cafe back in 2007 and bonded over their obsession with online video games.  A year later, the parents — who are both under 21 — welcomed their first child, a son.  Days after his birth, they left him home alone while they went to play online games at an Internet cafe 30 km away.

In 2009, Li Lin and Li Juan welcomed their second child, a baby girl, and came up with the idea to sell her for money to fund their online game obsession.  They did so, receiving RMB 3,000 (less than $500), which they spent entirely shortly after.  The couple then proceeded to sell their first child and got 10 times as much for him — RMB 30,000, or about $4600.

Upon having their third child — another boy — the parents followed in their previous footsteps and also got RMB 30,000 for him.

They were finally turned into authorities when Li Lin’s mother found out what her son and his girlfriend had done.

When asked if they missed their children, the parents answered, “We don’t want to raise them, we just want to sell them for some money.”

Sanxiang City News reports the couple didn’t know they were breaking the law.

First of all, I’d like to know who bought the children? Why were these two young “adults” able to find someone to purchase children so easily? The fact that they had no emotional attachment to these children is also very weird. Reading this, I was hoping it was another story that ABC failed to check it’s facts about, and we would soon realize it is a hoax (much like the mom who gave her daughter botox at the age of 9). I still am waiting to be told this is not true. Who sells their children to play video games? I don’t care how young you are, even MTV’s Teen Mom’s know that selling your children is not only wrong, but ILLEGAL.

No More Red Light Tickets in Los Angeles!

A red-light camera is posted at La Brea Avenue and Santa Monica Boulevard. Critics say the photo enforcement program is flawed because the vast majority of the 180,000-plus camera-issued tickets since 2004 have been for illegal right-hand turns. (Glenn Koenig, Los Angeles Times)

Los Angeles Times“Motorists who get tickets under the city’s controversial red-light camera program can shrug them off, Los Angeles officials agreed Monday.

That was one of the few points of consensus to emerge from a three-hour City Council committee hearing on the future of the much-debated photo enforcement system. The session ended with a recommendation to stop issuing citations at the end of the month and “phase out” the program.

Richard M. Tefank, executive director of the city’s Board of Police Commissioners, told the Budget and Finance Committee that the tickets are part of a ‘voluntary payment program’ without sanctions for those who fail to submit fines.

‘The consequence is somebody calling you from one of these collection agencies and saying ‘pay up.’ And that’s it,’ said committee member and Councilman Bill Rosendahl. ‘There’s no real penalty in terms of your driver’s license or any other consequences if you don’t pay.’”

‘LA Court Rules Medical Marijuana Patients Must Have Specified Dosage’

The Weed Blog – “In an unprecedented ruling, a Los Angeles court denied a motion by plaintiff & DPFCA member Susan Soares to return her medical marijuana on the grounds that her doctor had not specified a dosage amount or frequency in her recommendation.   Soares, who was growing for a local collective, had her medicine seized by hostile police last March, and had petitioned the court for it to be returned after charges against her were dropped.

It is generally the practice of most medical cannabis specialists never to prescribe a dosage quantity.  The California Medical Association recommends that physicians never do so, because no dosage guidelines for cannabis have ever been established.  Effective dosage varies greatly according to the potency and delivery form of the medication.  Patients regularly control their own dosage through self-titration.

In the court’s decision, Judge Antonio Barreto, Jr. declared that ‘as a matter of law’ any recommendation that Soares’ doctor  made that does ‘not involve frequency and dosage both is insufficient, period, and does not lead to any lawful possession of any amount of marijuana.’ The judge mysteriously  stated that his ruling was based on the Tripett decision. Soares had been growing for several patients, but the court declined to return even six plants for her own individual use.

Soares is seeking legal aid to appeal Barreto’s unprecedented decision.”

White House Admits Marijuana Has “Some” Medical Value

So just a few days after the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) deems that there is no medical value to cannabis, the White House has chosen to contradict that fact, somewhat. This is what was said in the report:

“While there may be medical value for some of the individual components of the cannabis plant, the fact remains that smoking marijuana is an inefficient and harmful method for delivering the constituent elements that have or may have medicinal value.”

The method by which you choose to use marijuana should have no effect on whether it is legal or illegal. To me this just seems like an easy way for them to get away with keeping marijuana classified as an illegal drug, but having to admit the facts that there are medical advantages.

You would think that with how far we’ve come on the research of marijuana and medical advantages for patients with pain, that the government would feel more obligated to use the facts of the matter to make a LOGICAL decision. But, of course, we’re depending on the corrupted American government for this.

Coheed and Cambria’s Bassist, Mike Todd was Arrested For Alleged Armed Robbery

Mike Todd's mug shot

He was taken into custody not long before the band was to open for Soundgarden at a Massachusetts show.

Police have arrested Coheed and Cambria bass player Mike Todd for allegedly robbing a pharmacy.

The Attleboro, Mass., police department said they responded to a report of a robbery around 1 p.m. Sunday at a Walgreens.

“Upon arrival, it was learned that a male had threatened a pharmacist with a bomb threat and demanded Oxycontin,” police told The Hollywood Reporter in a statement. ”The male was given six bottles of pain pills.”

He then was seen by a passerby getting into a cab, which police discovered was headed to the Comcast Center, where Coheed and Cambria were supposed to open for Soundgarden that night. (Soundgarden recently kicked off a reunion tour.)

Todd, 30, was then arrested and charged with armed robbery and possession of a class B controlled substance.  He is being held at Attleboro PD on $10,000 bail.

On its website, Coheed and Cambria addressed Todd’s arrest, saying he’s off the tour.

“Michael Todd was arrested today on what we consider very serious charges and therefore he will not be finishing up the current tour,” a statement read. “Wes Styles, longtime member of the Coheed family, will take on bass duties starting tomorrow for the remaining dates. No shows will be canceled.

“We are surprised to say the least and will address the situation with Michael after the tour. For now, we just want to have a great time out here and finish with some killer shows in Boston, Poughkeepsie, Quebec City and Halifax.”

Hours after the arrest, 311 Bassist P-NUT tweeted, “My boy Michael Todd from Coheed held up a Walgreens to snag some drugs. Wow. Time to get fully sober homey. #think”

Coheed and Cambria has released five studio albums, including its most recent, Year of the Black Rainbow, in 2010.

This is not really all too shocking. I mean, Lindsay Lohan steals jewelry and now this? It seems that in order to get your name back in the tabloids, it’s much easier to get yourself in legal trouble than revamp your career. Maybe this means that you shouldn’t have had a career to begin with?? Maybe not, just something to think about I suppose.
