[VIDEO] Leah-Lynn Plante: Statement From an Anarchist
I didn’t know much about Leah-Lynn Plante’s story until this morning and was quite intrigued. Miss Plante resisted the government, and while that may seem like she did something wrong, the resistance came from what they had done to her and her housemates. I want to share my support for this brave person and hope that you will too.
It seems odd that the news here in the US shares the story of a 14-year-old girl who was shot in the head by the Taliban (a mutual enemy), but happens to leave out the 24-year-old American girl who has been sent to prison by her own government because she’s standing up for her rights. Both stories are awful, and both victims are heroic. Malala Yousafzai and Leah-Lynn Plante are both standing up against something that they feel is wrong, yet, the girl in Afghanistan has been the victim of our enemy.
Leah-Lynn Plante and the other two people who were arrested, Matthew Kyle Duran and Katherine “KteeO” Olejnik, had no connection with the crimes that were committed, the reason that the FBI had bombarded their home. After knowing that there was no involvement, these three people were still subpoenaed to testify and had personal property (books, etc.) taken as evidence. Seems unnecessary, in my opinion. Leah Plante is a 24 year old anarchist prisoner who is currently being held in FDC Seatac. She has lived in Portland, OR for the last five years. In that time she has been involved in numerous radical projects and collectives.
Leah identifies as queer, vegan and straight edge. Friends describe her as genuine, compassionate, and as someone who stands out in a crowd as a fun and outgoing individual. She is very silly and awkward.
When she is not looking at pictures of space or cats, she is often found sorting through her rare anarcho-punk records or playing Magic: The Gathering with her beloved housemates. When she gets ouut, Leah looks forward to riding her bike, seeing her friends and loved ones, eating burritos and going on epic adventures. She is a screen printer, graphic designer, web designer and bicycle mechanic.
Leah would love it if people would write to her about their pets, their travels, Lord of the Rings, space, ancient civilizations, paleontology, herbal medicine, DIY, crafting, bad 90’s movies, pop culture, their kombucha brewing techniques, gardening, or whatever else comes to mind.

UPDATED: TUESDAY October 9th, 2012 at 9:30 AM – Jerry Sandusky has been sentenced to 20-60 years in prison. Seeing as he’s already 68-years-old, this pretty much means that it is very likely he will die in prison. Judge Cleland said prior to giving him the maximum of 60 years:
‘I’m not going to sentence you to centuries in prison, although the law would permit that. It’s too abstract, only a big number.
‘You are sentenced to spend not less than 30 and not more than 60 years in prison; that has the unmistakeable impact of saying the rest of your life.
‘I think it cannot be disputed that you have done much positive work, tragedy that all the
qualities that made you successful continue to conceal the vices that brought you down.
‘Continuing to conceal those vices from yourself and everybody else, in my view, makes you dangerous.
‘The crime is not only what you did to their bodies, but the assault to their psyches and souls and the assault to the well-being of the larger community in which we all live.’
I think one of the most eloquent statements that was made, was that of the lead prosecutor:
‘Sandusky’s statement yesterday was an insult to the true victims…and an insult to human decency…but that’s not a surprise.’
‘He displayed deviance, narcissism, a lack of acknowledgement for the pain he caused others.
‘It was a masterpiece of banal self-delusion. The self-referential and ludicrous statement should disappear as if it never existed.
‘It was, in short, ridiculous. He displayed the same cowardice that he displayed when he preyed on children.’

“I’m responding to the worst loss of my life. First, I looked at myself. Over and over, I asked why? Why didn’t we have a fair opportunity to prepare for trial? Why have so many people suffered as a result of false allegations? What’s the purpose? Maybe it will help others; some vulnerable children who could be abused, might not be because of all the publicity. That would be nice, but I’m not sure about it. I would cherish the opportunity to become a candle for others, as they have been a light for me. They could take away my life, they could make me out as a monster, they could treat me as a monster, but they can’t take away my heart. In my heart, I know I did not do these alleged disgusting acts. My wife has been my only sex partner that was after marriage. Our love continues. A young man who was dramatic a veteran accuser, and always sought attention, started everything. He was joined by a well-orchestrated effort of the media, investigators, the system, Penn State, psychologists, civil attorneys and other accusers. They won. I’ve wondered what they really won: Attention, financial gain, prestige… will all be temporary. Before you blame me, as others have, look at everything and everybody. Look at the preparation for the trial and the trial. Compare it to others. Think about what happened. Why, and who made it happen? Evaluate the accusers and their families. Realize they didn’t come out of isolation. The accusers were products of many more people and experiences than me. Look at their confidants and their honesty. Think about how easy it was for them to turn on me given the information, attention and potential perks. I never labeled or put down them or their families. I tried and I cared, then asked for the same. Please realize all came to the Second Mile because of issues. Some of those may remain. We will continue to fight. We didn’t lose the proven facts, evidence, accurate locations and times. Anything can be said. We lost to speculation and stories that were influenced by people who wanted to convict me. We must fight unfairness and consistency and dishonesty. People need to be portrayed for who they really are. We’ve not been complainers. When we couldn’t have kids, we adopted. When we didn’t have time to prepare for a trial, we still gave it our best. We will fight for another chance. We have given many second chances, and now we’ll ask for one. It will take more than our effort. Justice will have to be more than just a word; fairness more than just a dream. It will take others: somebody apolitical with the courage to listen, to think about the unfairness, to have the guts to stand up and take the road less traveled. I ask for the strength to handle everything and willingness to surrender only to God, regardless of the outcome.”

A DJ, Dajuan Porter, has been arrested after allegedly sucking multiple penis’ in the Pennsylvania area. Well, technically it wasn’t just for sucking them, but rather, sucking them while the “victims” were passed out and unaware that it was occurring.
The Harrisburg police said that there were three incidents which he has been arrested for, although they believe there may be other “victims” that have yet to come forward.
The first case was reported in May, 2011, by a man who claimed a man fitting Porter’s description climbed up through his fire escape, broke in and began performing oral sex on him, according to WHP-TV.
In April, 2012, a man told police he went to Porter’s home after a gathering and fell asleep only to wake with the suspect performing a sex act on him, the Patriot Newsreported.
Another incident was reported in July. The alleged victim attended a party and fell asleep after drinking. He claims that he woke up as the suspect performed a sex act on him.
What could possibly make this story even better? Porter has been arrested for a similar crime and it happened last year while he was in Worcester County, Maryland. Only this time, he sexually assaulted his sleeping cell mate.
This man must be dependent on cock. You’re in prison and going to suck a sleeping guys dick?! Damn, that’s ballsy.

This all went down in a mobile home park on Shady Grove Road in Ruckersville, Virignia. All three individuals are okay, and they are still investigating this case. The Butt Slasher Has Been Caught!
Johnny D. Guillen was the suspected Butt Slasher that terrorized shopping women in Fairfax, Virginia. Apparently he’s been found far from home: Peru. Guillen was the man whom authorities believed slashed the butts of 13 young women as they shopped at various retail stores in the area.
I find this case absolutely hilarious because no one was seriously injured, and the crime itself is somewhat funny. Okay, I know that slashing a woman’s buttocks with a knife isn’t appropriate behavior, but could you imagine how funny that would be years down the line to explain to people that you are the victim of a notorious but non-violent butt slasher? Amazing.
And that he tried to avoid capture is just the icing on this story. This man was so scared of being caught that he fled to Peru! And sadly, he was aware that despite the lack of severity of his crime, police would still want to close the books on this one and assure the county that their citizens were safe from this butt cutter.
Who wants to bet this guy gets more time that sex offenders, such as child molesters, rapists, etc.? I do! I do!

[VIDEO] Cops Seen Planting Drugs In Vehicle
If you watch this video, be sure to watch 1:00-1:05. During this time, the officer’s dash cam captures him planting drugs in the vehicle that he has pulled over. What a complete dumbass. If you’re planning on planting drugs in the vehicle, you better damn well make sure that you don’t do it in the view of you OWN dash cam. Not that he should have any planted the drugs in the first place, but lucky for this guy, the cop was dumb enough to prove his guilt.

Woman Had Sex With 7-Year-Old Girl In Hopes That Her Married Boyfriend Would Leave His Wife
Margaret Ann O’Neill, 26, is a disgusting person who had oral sex with a 7-year-old girl at the request of her boyfriend, Christopher Smith, 32. According to O’Neill, she did this to prove her love to Smith and encourage him to leave his wife, which he had promised to do.
Smith, who is from Kissimmee, Florida, was arrested on December 5th, after another girlfriend of his came forward and told police that he had asked her to have sex with the same 7-year-old that was molested by O’Neill. Thank goodness someone had sense enough to turn this sick piece of shit in and not go along with his disgusting behavior.
Police seized his cell phone and found video footage of Smith having sex with the seven-year-old girl. They also found footage of O’Neill performing oral sex on the child.
Sadly, his wife had admitted that she found a video of him abusing a child in February but decided to keep quiet because she ‘wanted to protect’ the child’s family. What about the fucking child?! Don’t you want to protect her from this happening again, and again, and again?! It’s obvious that he’s abusing this girl and has done so on multiple occasions, and now has gotten other people involved in this molestation. Not that O’Neill didn’t have a choice.
Police wanted to obtain more evidence and recorded him talking about abusing children in a sting operation. Sadly, even with the severe amount of damage that Smith and O’Neill have caused, it’s not likely that they’ll be imprisoned for a good amount of time. Personally, I’d like to see them rot and experience mass amounts of rape. They have ruined this poor little girl and used her in a sexual game that she was too young to be aware of.
O’Neill was booked into the Orange County Jail on five counts of sexual battery on a child younger than 12 and three counts of criminal conspiracy to commit sexual battery.
Smith has been charged with 24 counts of sexual battery on a child younger than 12, lewd or lascivious molestation and conspiracy to commit sexual battery.

[VIDEO] Wayne Mitchell Dies After Ingesting Cocaine From Brother’s Butt
In South Carolina, police are reporting that 20-year-old Wayne Mitchell died after being forced to ingest cocaine that was hidden in his brother’s ass. Both Wayne and DeAngelo Mitchell were held in the patrol vehicle while police searched their car for drugs after allegations made them aware of the situation. In the video, you can see the exchange happening which led to Wayne Mitchell’s death.
In the backseat of the vehicle, DeAngelo, 23, had convinced younger brother Wayne to ingest an ounce of cocaine in trying to get rid of the evidence.
“One of us gotta do it,” DeAngelo told his brother. “You the only one that don’t have no strikes… You my lil’ brother… I’m gonna get life… You gonna unwrap it? Want me to hand you it?”
Wayne swallowed the cocaine at his brother’s request and said, ‘I love you, bro.”
About an hour after the drugs were in his system, Wayne collapsed and died. DeAngelo is now being charged with involuntary manslaughter due to his brother’s death. He had many previous drug convictions and seeing as this, too, was related to drugs, there is a possibility that he will be going away for some time. Sadly, he no longer has a brother to come visit him in prison.
I don’t know why DeAngelo thought it would be better for Wayne to ingest an ounce of cocaine then have him receive a smaller drug charge on his record. If you never had that amount of drugs on you, then this would have never been a problem. Unfortunately, DeAngelo hadn’t learnt anything from his earlier drug convictions.

Sandusky Was Just Teaching Them To Shower: His New Defense
“Some of these kids don’t have basic hygiene skills,” attorney Karl Rominger said. “Teaching a person to shower at the age of 12 or 14 sounds strange to some people, but people who work with troubled youth will tell you there are a lot of juvenile delinquents and people who are dependent who have to be taught basic life skills like how to put soap on their body.”
Rominger also explained that his college cross-country coach often showered with him as well as the team. I would be inclined to call that an inappropriate gay relationship. By college, you better damn well know how to shower and would have no excuse to be rubbed down by your coach, unless in fact you were gay.

[VIDEO] Man Captures His Mother-In-Law Shooting Him On iPhone
I often watch shows like “Snapped” on Investigation Discovery and think that they seem so far from reality for me, until you see YouTube videos like this. This is real and uncut and makes it seem so much more of a possibility in one’s own life.
The fact that this grandmother shot her grandchild’s father in front of them in an attempt to murder him is disgustingly careless. That child loves her father despite whatever reason you had for disliking him, and taking his life is completely unjust. Thank goodness he was smart enough to catch you in the act, and that you had a pretty shitty aim and were unable to take him out.
DECEMBER 9–Anticipating a “confrontation” when he went to pick up his son Wednesday afternoon at his mother-in-law’s residence, a Florida man activated his iPhone’s video camera to record the handover of his three-year-old child.
As it turned out, Salvatore Miglino’s premonition proved to be accurate, as he was shot twice by Cheryl Hepner, the 66-year-old mother of Miglino’s wife (whom he is in the midst of divorcing). Miglino, 39, was shot in the shoulder and rib cage by a .22 Beretta brandished by Hepner, according to a probable cause affidavit.
Miglino’s iPhone–which appears to have initially been placed on the car’s front seat–recorded the sound of the gunshots and the aftermath of the shooting outside Hepner’s Tamarac home. “I can’t believe you did that!” Miglino yelled after being shot “What, are you crazy?” After Miglino apparently pinned her to the ground, Hepner said, “Get the fuck off me you son of a bitch.”
The video, seen above, was released today by the Broward County Sheriff’s Office. The shooting came after Hepner, pictured in the above mug shot, and Miglino briefly spoke outside his Ford Edge.
In a 911 call after the shooting, Hepner claimed that Miglino tried to kill her. “Somebody just shot at me,” she told a police operator. She described her alleged assailant as a “son of a bitch” who was involved in a “horrible divorce” with her daughter.
Miglino, breathing heavily, also called 911. “I’m shot, he said. “I took the gun away from her. I have it.”
According to the affidavit, investigators charge that Hepner “did knowingly and intentionally plan to kill and murder Mr. Miglino from a premeditated design.” She did this, they continued, to keep Miglino from taking her grandson to New York “in the midst of this embattlement of child custody disputes.”
Hepner, facing a first degree murder rap, is being held without bond in the Broward County jail. (6 pages)
