[VIDEO] A Very Well-Spoken, Intelligent And Successful Young Man Pleads His Case As The Child In A Same-Sex Household

Mr. Wahl’s speech immediately brought tears to my eyes. This young man speaks so eloquently and makes it so very obvious that the “sexual orientation of (his) parents has had zero effect on the content of (his) character.” Instead of basing your discriminating views on the testimony of individuals who have no experience dealing with homosexuals, try listening to people like Zach Wahls, who have had the most valuable life experience with two people who happened to be gay as well as his parents, the women who raised him to be the man he is today.
It’s hard for me to understand why people listen to this bright young man speak, and still find a way to justify laws against homosexuality, same-sex marriage, and the adoption of children by people who are gay. Religion is present in this families life, so the excuse of it not being accepted in religion is completely absurd. If you truly respected your religion, you would follow the most basic guideline and treat others as you wish to be treated. Don’t judge those whose lives have no affect on yours because ultimately, their decisions and consequences (not that they deserve any for their sexual orientation) are theirs, and theirs alone.

Zach Wahls, a 19-year-old University of Iowa student spoke about the strength of his family during a public forum on House Joint Resolution 6 in the Iowa House of Representatives. Wahls has two mothers, and came to oppose House Joint Resolution 6 which would end civil unions in Iowa.

As it travels through the sky a speedboat below carrying Brodie’s friend, Derek Herron, 23, races towards the moving missile.
Derek then leaps 6ft out of the travelling speedboat and makes an incredible one-handed, mid-air catch before landing in the water.”

It is amazing that this happened, and not only that, but that it was done for children living in poverty. Instead of trying to make a viral video for the purpose of gaining income for one’s self, they have done so to spread awareness and help in any way possible that may come from this video.
Thank goodness there are still people out there that are using their talents to help others in need. Just what we need during this time of the year to show that selflessness is appreciated.

Nigeria Senate Votes To Ban Gay Marriage!
Although America seems to be making progress as far as Homosexuality and accepting it are concerned, there are still countries out there where religion outlines their laws. Although there are many that wish it were the same here in the United States, I’m happy to see this changing. There are still many states that don’t approve of same-sex marriage and it is illegal, but there are also places that homosexuals can marry and escape some criticism for their love life. Progress means everything though because it initiates a tidal wave of equality and acceptance, it’s just a matter of time.

Senators in Nigeria voted Tuesday to approve a bill that would criminalize same-sex marriage with prison terms of more than a decade for couples and those who help them marry.
The bill would penalize same-sex couples who marry with up to 14 years in prison, according to the Associated Press, while witnesses and others who assist them could be sentenced to 10 years. The House of Representatives still needs to pass the bill, and President Goodluck Jonathan has to sign it, but supports for the measure appears widespread in deeply religious Nigeria, the most populous nation in Africa.
Same-sex marriages and homosexuality already are illegal in the country, where in some parts of the north, gays and lesbians can be stoned to death under Islamic Shariah law. Countries throughout Africa have sought to criminalize homosexuality, most notably in Uganda, where an internationally decried measure would impose the death penalty for some gays and lesbians. Lawmakers in Nigeria have now tried three times to pass the law banning same-sex marriage, and a similar bill is being considered in Cameroon.
The Nigerian bill has drawn sharp opposition from international human rights organizations that, according to the AP, sent a letter to President Goodluck earlier this month. Advocates fear that the bill could hinder HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment efforts, stir violent antigay sentiments, and criminalize couples who live together without being married.

An Infographic Showing Arrests Across The US As A Result Of The Occupy Movement

The Occupy Movement is a coming together of the 99% who have no say in our justice system, economy, government, etc. and to see the sheer amount of people who have been arrested while fighting for our freedoms and a chance to bring America back as a thriving country, is absolutely mind-blowing. [VIDEO] Woman Arrested After Racist Rant On Tram In London
A British woman has been arrested after a video was filmed and uploaded to YouTube, showing her screaming in the tram and bitching about how Britain is now nothing but minorities. She is also holding her young son in the video, which makes this even more shocking due to her vulgar language and racist insults.
British Transport Police said the 34-year-old woman has now been arrested on suspicion of a racially-aggravated offence, the BBC reported.
The incident occurred on the Croydon to Wimbledon Tramlink route, although police are yet to ascertain exactly where or when it happened.
This woman clearly has no respect for anyone and seems to be highly uneducated. I curse, and yeah, I do it a lot, but I know better than to curse in public, where it may offend some people. I am also aware enough to keep that kind of language from being heard by children. Unfortunately, some people have no regard for anyone but themselves, which is evident in this video.

Cops Shoot And Kill Mother While She Stabbed 4-Year-Old Disabled Daughter To Death
A woman in Northwest Atlanta has been shot and killed by police when they came across her stabbing her 4-year-old disabled daughter to death. The crazed mother refused to drop the knife and the police decided to take action.
Emergency services were called to the home yesterday afternoon after the woman’s eight-year-old son told neighbours that he had been choked by his mother and thrown out of a window.
Having Down’s Syndrome made the poor kid highly dependent on her mother, and unfortunately, she was alone with her inside the home when she decided to stab the innocent child. Police forced their way into the home in the Carver Hills neighborhood, and came across the mother sitting in a chair and stabbing her daughter.
Two officers drew their weapons and ordered the woman to drop the knife and fired at her when she refused to comply, Meadows said.
He said between 10 and 16 shots were fired.
While the responding officers attempted to revive the child, they are under the assumption that she was already dead on the scene. Sadly, no one knows what led this mother to do this to her children. I believe the bitch was crazy. To calmly sit in a chair and kill your child?! There is definitely some bad wiring in that woman’s small conscious-less brain.
Ms Smith said the boy was with her when they heard the shots and said: ‘I hope my mama and my little sister are all right.’
‘She was my friend and my neighbour,’ Smith told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. ‘I am shocked because I didn’t know she was like this.’
Apparently the woman was 6 months behind on her $600/month rent and had no running water in her home. Both the landlord and person she had borrowed water from, had threatened to cut her off, which could be the reason the she snapped. I can imagine that the medical bills alone for her 4-year-old were rather high, yet alone, just simply providing for two children. Yet, there is no excuse for hurting your children or deciding when their lives should end. This is a tragedy and I am thankful that the woman was shot, even though it was most likely what she was hoping for. The bad news? Now her 8-year-old son has to live in a world knowing what you did and without his mother and sister, and for that, I hope there is a Hell and hope that she’s now there.

Three-Year-Old Put In Washing Machine As Punishment And Dies
Christophe Champenois, from Meaux, near Paris is a complete asshole who failed as a father. This 33-year-old man took the clothing off his 3-year-old son Bastien, and placed him in the washing machine because he threw a classmates drawing in the toilet. Apparently time outs were not something he was familiar with, and this seemed like a better form of punishment. I mean, if this was your solution, you might as well just beat the child; At least that way he’d still be alive and just resent you for being a piece of shit.
He is then said to have run the cold cycle wash for a few minutes at their house, in the village of Germigny-l’Eveque.
His 25-year-old mother, Charlene was the one who had to recover her blond-haired angelic baby boy in the machine. He had apparently died of head injuries on Friday night, which were a result of his father’s punishment. Sadly, the mother told her neighbor ‘Alice’ that her son had fallen down the stairs. Why the fuck would she cover for her baby’s father after finding her poor innocent child dead?!
Alice told Le Parisien: ‘I picked him up and his limbs were as loose as those of a rag doll.
‘I felt his heart beat for the last time and then he died.’
Bastien’s older sister Maud, 5, told police that this hadn’t been the first time his father had put him in the washing machine to punish him. It’s pathetic that a 5-year-old girl has to share how her brother was abused, yet alone, witness the abuse.
Neighbours told the newspaper that the boy had been repeatedly abused – by being locked up for hours in a cupboard and also by being left on a window sill for hours wrapped in a blanket.
Bastien was an unwanted child’, claimed Evelyne, his grandmother.
‘On the day he was born, his father was out drinking and when I told him he had a son, he said that he didn’t want him.’

Good Busted Being Bad: Man Caught Secretly Filming His Mother-In-Law In The Bathroom
Jason Good, 40, from Virginia, was caught after secretly trying to videotape his mother-in-law undress in the restroom on his cell phone. His name obviously doesn’t reflect his morality.
According to a Henrico County Division of police statement, he was charged with a misdemeanor for trying to peek at his wife’s mother getting naked in the restroom.
Cops had been contacted earlier Sunday by Good’s wife, who “was looking through her husband’s cell phone when she located a video of an adult female using the restroom.” After “further investigation,” police reported, “the reporting person was able to identify the female…it was her 57 year old mother.”
How embarrassing. Not only do you find out your husband’s a pervert, but you find out he’s victimizing your own mother?! Wow. Sadly, this was also done in her own home, where the mother does not live. Good’s wife was able to show police the hole, which she discovered, where her husband was able to take a peek into the restroom. That is a lot of work just to see your wife’s mom naked.

Mother And Boyfriend Brutally Beat 4-Year-Old To Death, On His Birthday
Christopher Valdez, 4, was discovered in his home in Chicago, Illinois, shortly before guests were planning to arrive to celebrate his fourth birthday party. The boy’s mother, Crystal Valdez, 28, and her 34-year-old live-in boyfriend Cesar Ruiz had been arrested as well as charged by police for being involved in the child’s death.
Ruiz seems like a low life to begin with, and was already wanted for an unrelated crime. Luckily, they saw it fit to charge Ruiz with first-degree murder and concealment of a homicidal death (which pretty much goes hand in hand). The boy’s mother was also charged with concealing the death, probably due to the fact that she attempted to cover her son’s bruises with concealer. Are you kidding me?! Your son is beaten to death and you try to cover up the fact that he was tortured at the hands of your boyfriend and yourself?!
What makes the crime even more horrific is the revelation that Valdez was accused of abusing the boy in July – and dodged jail.
The boy’s uncle, Joe Valdez – who found the body as he arrived at the home for the birthday party – told the paper: ‘I want justice for my nephew.’
Joe Valdez reportedly ‘got physical with’ Ruiz before they separated and he called 911.
You really have to love our justice system. I mean, look at the death it prevented? Oh wait, it didn’t. You have people in prison for lengthy amounts of time due to marijuana possession and intent to distribute, but people capable of murder as well as child molesters get to see the light of day and continue on torturing their victims. Amazing, isn’t it?!
Sadly, this boy’s mother was a coward and cared more for her boyfriend than she did her child. Children, no matter what age, should always be a priority over a love interest. The first time she saw this man get violent with anyone (dogs included, which he had been known to beat), she should have gotten herself out of that situation for the sake of her children. She’ll have time to reflect while in prison though, without her beloved boyfriend or her other children that managed to live despite residing with Mr. Ruiz.

Mommy was not feeling well and had to stay in the bathroom longer than usual during which my two boys, ages 1 and 3 took my new bag of flour out of the cupboard and destroyed my house. This is from ONE 5lb bag. Don’t believe me? Hand a full bag to a 3 year old and see what happens.
At least the boys were entertained while she was in the restroom. Unfortunately, they’re not old enough to clean up their mess and mommy will now have to deal with that. Oh the joys of parenthood.
