[VIDEO] Stoner, Stephen Pay, Robbed During His Live Web Show
In the video below, you’ll see Stephen Pay “Marijuana Man“, get robbed while recording a video for his YouTube Channel. There’s not really much else to say about this, other than I’m jealous that he’s got more YouTube subscribers than me and all he does is smoke weed.
[VIDEO] Drivers use CNN to get high and test drive vehicles
This video cracked me up and made me feel much better about driving under the influence of marijuana. Yes, I do drive while high. And for many people who don’t actively use marijuana, the idea of driving under its influence seems ridiculous. But, like most things, if you’ve built up a tolerance (like “Addy” in the above video), even being 5x over the legal limit doesn’t impair you enough to be a danger on the road. She had to smoke more than a gram to be told that she wasn’t in good enough condition to be driving, and even then, she agreed. I don’t know about you, but when I am drunk and want to go somewhere, I think I am capable of driving there safely. Yet, when I smoke, if I know I’m to high, I’m content with waiting until I’m no longer feeling incapable.
My favorite part about this video is how they tried to show in the end that all these individuals would have been arrested, according to the officer. Ironically, most of the drivers wouldn’t have even been pulled over, because their driving was still “pretty good”.
Thank you CNN for proving what I already knew. Stoners are more patient and rational than drunks (but if you’re a combination of the two, I have no speculation for how you might act or when you might or might not drive).
[VIDEO] Magic Flight Launch Box Product Review
After coming across the Magic Flight Launch Box, I was incredibly thrilled to try this product out and see what it could do. At home, I have a clunky (off brand) vaporizer that is usually more difficult to assemble than I’m interested in; So more often than not, I settle on the water pipe. I have a neurological disorder (CRPS) and it weakens my immune system, which in turn means I get sick more often. Smoking as much as I have been is not good for me, and I have been searching for a small, easy to assemble vaporizer that didn’t take forever to get going. The Magic Flight is exactly what I was looking for.
The device itself is tiny and can take some getting use to, that is, if you have larger hands than I. For me, the size was just perfect and made it easy to handle with just one hand. The dimensions are 2.5” x 1.25” x 0.9” and easy to keep hidden, if being discreet is something that appeals to you. Again, it heats up so quickly and makes it easier to use than your average pipe. Vapor formed rather quickly and I was able to take a hit after just 3 seconds, sometimes 4 seconds.
The design is also appealing to me. Lets be honest, people are interested in buying things not only because of what they can do, but also because of how they look. In a way, it seems like a very well made DIY project, and this is something I really like. The wood finish is rather awesome and unique, considering most other vaporizers on the market.
But what really sold me was the price! To get such a reliable vaporizer for only $129 was well worth it. I would suggest anyone get this if you’re looking for something that will get the job done. Yes, it doesn’t have the space to really do the job of a Volcano or other, more large vaporizers, but who wants to heat it up, put it together, and deal with the clean up? Just pack another bowl in the Magic Flight and you’re good to go!
The only thing that I didn’t like so much was the battery life. They seem to die rather quickly (around 5 bowls on average), but luckily they give you two rechargeable batteries, which charge up pretty quickly. If you’re going on the road, you’ll just want to be sure you keep these batteries ready to go. So, while it is a con, it’s really the only one and not enough of one to make me not use this product every day. In fact, I have used it everyday since I’ve gotten it. My throat is not hurting quite so much, the vapor tastes much better, and I can use the remnants to cook with. Love it.
The lifetime warranty is also a great selling point

Great News SoCal: Pot Ban Lifted After Impassioned Plea From Cancer Patient, Councilman Bill Rosendahl
Obviously, this doesn’t help the federal crack down on medical marijuana dispensaries, but it does show that Californians are willing to work at a state level and attempt to keep the dispensaries open and the regulations more clear.
In a faint and gravelly voice, Los Angeles Councilman Bill Rosendahl delivered an impassioned plea Tuesday asking his colleagues to lift the ban on pot dispensaries, asking them: “Where does anybody go, even a councilman go, to get his medical marijuana?”
Minutes before the council voted 11-2 to rescind its recently passed ban on storefront pot shops, Rosendahl said the council’s decision had created “a very emotional moment” for him. Rosendahl has been battling cancer for the past three months and relying on medical marijuana during that time.
“On the 20th of July, I had an MRI that was very, very serious. And the bottom line on that was, they didn’t give me much time to live. And I said, ‘No, no no no, I’m not ready to go. I certainly want to live a long time,’” said Rosendahl, who has been undergoing chemotherapy treatments and relying on a walker to move around in recent days.
Rosendahl, 67, said he began taking medical marijuana a decade ago to manage his neuropathy, a stinging pain in his feet, taking it “occasionally at night.” But on Tuesday, he put the issue in the context of his battle with cancer, which has made it difficult for him to speak above a whisper.
“If I can’t get marijuana, and it’s medically prescribed, what do I do?” he asked his colleagues.
Rosendahl criticized President Obama’s handling of the issue and spoke against some of the recent federal raids of dispensaries. And he said Los Angeles should work with state lawmakers to make California law regulating medical marijuana clearer.

True Hero: 6-Year-Old Boy Killed By Intruder After Trying to Protect His Older Sister From Being Raped
This is a story of a true hero who sadly lost his life by doing one of the most brave things a person, yet alone a child, could ever do. Sadly, I’m a bit disheartened at the way that DailyMail has tried to portray this as “an intruder high on marijuana“. This story should show the heroism of this boy, and it does, but it also uses this as an opportunity to criticize marijuana. While it is true that there was marijuana in the man’s system, there was more than just that, which they tell you later in the article.
A six-year-old boy who was killed by an intruder high on marijuana had been trying to save his sister from the attacker, a court heard yesterday.
Dominick Andujar was allegedly stabbed to death by Osvaldo Rivera, 31, who was also accused of slashing the throat of the boy’s 12-year-old sister.
Rivera allegedly slashed the throat of the girl, who has also made an allegation of rape against him following the attack at their home in Camden, New Jersey, on Sunday night.
The girl, whose condition in hospital has been upgraded from critical to stable, suffered a slashed windpipe.
Rivera, who admitted in court to having smoked a ‘wet’ combination of marijuana and PCP before the killing, has yet to be charged with sexual assault.
Oh, so marijuana AND PCP? Okay, now THAT makes sense. Unfortunately, far too many people have already heard that the intruder was simply “high on marijuana” and pay little attention to the fact there it was laced with PCP. Convincing the public that marijuana is a horrific drug by implying that it was the cause to this horrific incident is pathetic and dishonest, in my opinion.
Now, let me get back to the real issue here, a 6-year-old hero that is much more brave than many adults.
The attack took place on Sunday morning around 2:30am. After Rivera had snuck into the home, he attacked the children. The young girl had a gash in her neck and ran screaming through the streets, while the brother who tried to protect her, sadly, became a victim of murder.
The 12-year-old was able to help police track down the attacker by identifying him as what sounded like ‘Poppy.’ Investigators learned Rivera was known by the nickname ‘Popeye’ and had spent nights at an apartment in the area of the city.
Police found him hiding between a mattress and bedroom wall in the apartment. They said they also found blood-stained sneakers that matched bloody footprints in the home where the children were assaulted.
The children were being watched by a 14-year-old girl, authorities said. The teen, who was unharmed, was caring for them because their mother recently underwent surgery and was still in the hospital.
All of this took place in Camden, across a river from Philadelphia and is widely known as a dangerous place. In fact, it is often known as one of the most dangerous places in the nation. Police are investigating if the “wet” that is now on the streets could be leading to more violent behavior. While the young hero didn’t survive this ordeal, he did a great thing for his sister, who is a hero in this story as well. Not only did she survive, but she was able to identify her attacker and avenge the death of her baby brother.
The man who did this:

[VIDEO] Snoop Dogg’s ‘Rolling Words’: Smokable Book
Snoop Dogg has released this video for ‘Rolling Words’ to help promote his own line of King Size Rolling Papers created by San Francisco agency Pereira & O’Dell. Right now, the book is only being offered for elite distribution (whatever the hell that means), but they are considering a limited edition version as well, to be sold online.
If you’re going to Coachella though, you may get the opportunity to sample the papers before the release of the book. So, be sure to look for the posters (photo example below) that will have some of the samples attached and are free for music concert guests to detach on their own. In the meantime, I’ll be anxiously waiting to get my hands on my very own copy of ‘Rolling Words’… if and when it becomes available.

Thursday 4Play: Marijuana!
I LOVE marijuana and believe that it should be legalized. I could go on and on about the benefits of marijuana and how it’s better than alcohol and that it’s a great idea for our economy, but I don’t want to bore the shit out of you. So, here are some funny photos to help express my opinions on the matter…
For those of you who are still reading now that the funny photos are done, I’d like to express that I not only enjoy weed recreationally, but I also have a chronic disorder called CRPS. This stands for Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome (or Complex Regional Pain Syndrome, previously known as RSD) and means that I am intense pain almost all the time. I do have my medical license and consider medical marijuana my medication seeing as I’d prefer to be high and have less pain than doped up on 15 to 20 pills a day. With medical marijuana I can work, endure the pain I have, and also be more aware than I would be on prescription pills. Legalization is something that should be more of a focus, especially considering how many chronic pain disorders there are, that affect so many people in this country. I would rather get ‘too stoned’ (which is ridiculous, and impossible to OD on) than get alcohol poisoning and die or overdose on my prescription pills. Just some food for thought.
This is the only option I have that doesn’t have fatal consequences if I over-indulge.

[VIDEO] Marijuana Drug Deal And Robbery, Gone Bad
Although there’s not much known about this video, it is fairly obvious that these guys in the car attempt to steal this drug dealers money and ends up crashing his car instead. What an idiot. First of all, the amount of pot that you were trying to gank from this guy was so small that it doesn’t even amount to the damage that was done to your car. Also, I’d be willing to bet that this kid got his ass beat which is why there is no conclusion to the video. Hoping to find out more soon, stay tuned.

Cop gets pissed when the driver of a pulled-over SUV refuses to let him search his car without a warrant.
This is a perfect example of the importance of knowing your rights, don’t be afraid to JUST SAY NO to Unlawful Searches… Because as you all just seen, without your permission (or a warrant) they can’t search you or your vehicle.
