[VIDEO] Man Captures His Mother-In-Law Shooting Him On iPhone
I often watch shows like “Snapped” on Investigation Discovery and think that they seem so far from reality for me, until you see YouTube videos like this. This is real and uncut and makes it seem so much more of a possibility in one’s own life.
The fact that this grandmother shot her grandchild’s father in front of them in an attempt to murder him is disgustingly careless. That child loves her father despite whatever reason you had for disliking him, and taking his life is completely unjust. Thank goodness he was smart enough to catch you in the act, and that you had a pretty shitty aim and were unable to take him out.
DECEMBER 9–Anticipating a “confrontation” when he went to pick up his son Wednesday afternoon at his mother-in-law’s residence, a Florida man activated his iPhone’s video camera to record the handover of his three-year-old child.
As it turned out, Salvatore Miglino’s premonition proved to be accurate, as he was shot twice by Cheryl Hepner, the 66-year-old mother of Miglino’s wife (whom he is in the midst of divorcing). Miglino, 39, was shot in the shoulder and rib cage by a .22 Beretta brandished by Hepner, according to a probable cause affidavit.
Miglino’s iPhone–which appears to have initially been placed on the car’s front seat–recorded the sound of the gunshots and the aftermath of the shooting outside Hepner’s Tamarac home. “I can’t believe you did that!” Miglino yelled after being shot “What, are you crazy?” After Miglino apparently pinned her to the ground, Hepner said, “Get the fuck off me you son of a bitch.”
The video, seen above, was released today by the Broward County Sheriff’s Office. The shooting came after Hepner, pictured in the above mug shot, and Miglino briefly spoke outside his Ford Edge.
In a 911 call after the shooting, Hepner claimed that Miglino tried to kill her. “Somebody just shot at me,” she told a police operator. She described her alleged assailant as a “son of a bitch” who was involved in a “horrible divorce” with her daughter.
Miglino, breathing heavily, also called 911. “I’m shot, he said. “I took the gun away from her. I have it.”
According to the affidavit, investigators charge that Hepner “did knowingly and intentionally plan to kill and murder Mr. Miglino from a premeditated design.” She did this, they continued, to keep Miglino from taking her grandson to New York “in the midst of this embattlement of child custody disputes.”
Hepner, facing a first degree murder rap, is being held without bond in the Broward County jail. (6 pages)

The shooting suspect has now been identified as Tyler Brehm and his ex-girlfriend, Alicia Alligood, is speaking out about the reason she believes he went on the shooting rampage. Alligood, 24, has shed light on a possible motive for the shooting, their December 1st break up.
The former girlfriend of a gunman shot dead by police after he went on a shooting rampage along a Hollywood street has described how she woke to 14 text messages informing her of his death.
Alicia Alligood, 24, had broken up with her boyfriend of four-and-a-half years Tyler Brehm, 26, just days before he went on the spree that left one man in critical condition and two injured.
But she was unaware of his involvement in the shooting until she woke at 7 a.m. the following day to 14 text messages – some from the shooter himself.
Sadly, this man seems to seriously have been a good guy who simply went crazy after the break up. It’s rather terrifying to know that someone that people described so nicely, can be capable of the fear and harm that he had caused. His family is now left with unanswered questions and other people are dealing with the consequences of his actions.
But Alligood described her former boyfriend as a ‘humanitarian’, and someone who was ‘extremely motivated to change the world for the better’, even managing a non-profit organisation for a friend.
He had met a woman he thought was a pharmaceutical saleswoman who had given him some kind of pills, Alligood said.
He began taking the pills, which Alligood found alarming as he had never taken ‘hard’ drugs before.
Police received a call in regards to a man who was apparently firing at random near Sunset Blvd. and Vine Street at around 10:30 this morning. According to one witness, Oscar Herrera, the man fired at at least three cars that he had seen.
At some point, Herrera said the suspect ran out of bullets and brandished a knife.
“He put the gun in his waist and he walked down there. And that’s when a policeman came this way, near the bank, and he saw him with the knife and the gun (and) he started shooting at him like maybe four or five times.”
Herrera said the man was screaming, “Kill me … I’m gonna die!”
The police are still trying to gather more information as well as identify the suspect turned victim. Seeing as he’s no longer alive, he will not be punished for the two police that he injured during his shooting rampage.
What a crazy pathetic son of a bitch. If you are wanting to die and too cowardly to do it yourself, that you have to put the lives of other people in jeopardy, then I would consider your death lucky. If I were that cop I would have tried my hardest to keep your sorry ass alive so that you could be imprisoned and have an even more miserable existence than you thought you had. Unfortunately, he was just trying to protect himself like many others and couldn’t think about the rightful punishment for a careless dick like yourself.

The National Defense Authorization Act is being called the most traitorous act ever witnessed in the Senate, and the language of the bill is cleverly designed to make you think it doesn’t apply to Americans, but toward the end of the bill, it essentially says it can apply to Americans “if we want it to.

This bill, passed late last night in a 93-7 vote, declares the entire USA to be a “battleground” upon which U.S. military forces can operate with impunity, overriding Posse Comitatus and granting the military the unchecked power to arrest, detain, interrogate and even assassinate U.S. citizens with impunity.
Even WIRED magazine was outraged at this bill, reporting:
Senate Wants the Military to Lock You Up Without Trial
…the detention mandate to use indefinite military detention in terrorism cases isn’t limited to foreigners. It’s confusing, because two different sections of the bill seem to contradict each other, but in the judgment of the University of Texas’ Robert Chesney — a nonpartisan authority on military detention — “U.S. citizens are included in the grant of detention authority.”
The passage of this law is nothing less than an outright declaration of WAR against the American People by the military-connected power elite. If this is signed into law, it will shred the remaining tenants of the Bill of Rights and unleash upon America a total military dictatorship, complete with secret arrests, secret prisons, unlawful interrogations, indefinite detainment without ever being charged with a crime, the torture of Americans and even the “legitimate assassination” of U.S. citizens right here on American soil!
If you have not yet woken up to the reality of the police state we’ve been warning you about, I hope you realize we are fast running out of time. Once this becomes law, you have no rights whatsoever in America. — no due process, no First Amendment speech rights, no right to remain silent, nothing.
The US senate does not want us to speak. I suspect even now orders are being shouted into telephones and men with guns will soon be on their way. Why? I know why you did it. I know you were afraid. Who wouldn’t be? War. Terror. Disease. There were a myriad of problems which conspired to corrupt your reason and rob you of your common sense. Fear got the best of you and in your panic, you turned to the now President in command Barack Obama. He promised you order. He promised you peace. And all he demanded in return was your silent, obedient consent.
More than four hundred years ago, a great citizen wished to embed the fifth of November forever in our memory. His hope was to remind the world that fairness. Justice, and freedom are more than words – they are perspectives. So if you’ve seen nothing, if the crimes of this government remain unknown to you, then I would suggest that you allow the fifth of November to pass unmarked. But if you see what I see, if you feel as I feel, and if you would seek as I seek…then I ask you to stand beside one another, one year from November 5th, 2011, outside the gates of every court house of every city DEMANDING our rights!!

Woman Too Broke To Buy Chemicals Caught Making Meth INSIDE Wal-Mart
In this economy, people are finding it tough to be able to afford the necessities that they have become comfortable with. This is not only true for families trying to feed their families, but also for many drug addicts who are unable to produce the money needed to buy chemicals that are used to make methamphetamine.
Elizabeth Alisha Greta Halfmoon, 45, from Tulsa, also known to go by Alisha Halfmoon, was arrested for endeavoring to manufacture meth at the 81st and Lewis store.
Halfmoon came into the store around noon (which was verified by the surveillance tapes) and after they noticed she was still there six hours later and acting oddly, they decided to do some further inspecting.
Responding officer David Shelby told Fox 23 that Halfmoon said she was too broke to buy the chemicals and so had to mix them in store.
He said: ‘She didn’t have the money to make the purchases of the chemicals that were needed so she was taking what was needed in the bottle.
‘When I saw her she had just finished mixing sulfuric acid with starter fluid in a bottle.’
The horror stories that people have heard about people making meth and causing explosions, horrified shoppers. In fact, one officer was burned after the meth that he was holding burned through the gloves he was wearing.
Officer Shelby said: ‘When firefighters were on the scene she made statements to them that is what she was doing, she was attempting to obtain these chemicals and was in the process of trying to manufacture meth. However, she said she was not very good at it.’
It was only last month that Halfmoon was arrested in a meth-manufacturing sting, on November 6. She was released just two days before she was arrested again in Walmart.
She has received a deferred sentence and is bonded out on $7,500.
What a fucking moron. How in the world did you think you would not be caught by operating a meth lab in one of the biggest stores? Although, to her credit, she did almost get away with it and had six full hours to whip up a batch of meth on the corporations budget.

Rick Perry Is An Idiot.
The campaign video with Rick Perry that I had posted yesterday is very much anti-gay. Surprisingly, the jacket that he is seen wearing in that video is the same jacket that Heath Ledger wears in the film “Brokeback Mountain“. This movie is about Heath Ledger and Jake Gyllenhaal having a secret gay love affair while on a job out in the mountains.
This is hilarious.
