Nicholas Hill, 19
Three Houston, Texas police officers are being investigated after apparently getting high from a teenager’s batch of marijuana brownies that they confiscated. After indulging themselves in some munchies, they arrested Nicholas Hill, 19, as well as two other teens.
The two officers went down to their patrol cars and typed in some ‘memos’ into the computer system.
At 2.44 in the morning, one officer allegedly typed: ‘So HIGH…Good munchies.’
Another writes back: ‘Everything should be open when we get done.’
First officer: ‘Two hours, max.’
Another officer: ‘Probably, but this will take the whole shift.’
Hill had spoken to his lawyers, Daniel Cahill and J. Julio Vela, in regards to the pot brownie incident and they then took it upon themselves to investigate the claims made by the teen. Even though it was okay for the officers to eat the brownies, Hill is still being charged with two
felonies. Ironically, the cops destroyed
‘evidence’ and should therefore be charged with a felony as well. Luckily, the officers have been drug tested. Sadly, this was done four months after the incident, which means that there will most likely be nothing left in their system unless they happened to jack some other kids drugs and indulge themselves.

If I were a cop, I’d do the same thing. No, that’s a lie. I would most likely take the brownies, enjoy, and let the kid go considering he provided me with free marijuana. What a dick cop to arrest the damn kid for doing exactly what he did…
in front of him. Talk about abusing your power. Too bad he didn’t trip out so bad that he had to call 911 and provide us with amazingly hilarious audio like another cop who has done this before.
Lazy-Cakes are even available in some gas stations down in Houston, why didn’t they buy some? Lazy-Cakes are a brownie with some additive similar to using the drug, so I have heard.
