Teen kills mother, son and unborn child in 85mph head-on collision after breaking up with her boyfriend
Dailymail – It was a moment of teenage heartbreak and irrationality that resulted in consequences more devastating than anyone could ever have imagined.
What started out as a petty tiff between two high school teenagers ended in the loss of three lives and a straight-A student with a promising future behind bars for 15 years.
Justine Winter, then 16, from Montana, was arguing with her boyfriend Ryan Langford in a series of heated text messages, which she was sending while she was driving, telling Ryan she wanted to kill herself.

Police say that she was going 85mph and crossed into the on-coming lane when she had a head-on collision with 35-year-old hair stylist Erin Thompson, who was driving her 13-year-old son Caden back from a school concert.
Erin was also four months pregnant. She, Caden and her unborn child died instantly in the crash. They were travelling at just 30mph.
Winter survived but had a multitude of injuries and suffered brain damage after going through countless surgeries.
A court later found her guilty of double homicide and she was sentenced to spend 15 years in jail.
Though claiming she has no memory of the night of the accident, Winter and her defence team have always insisted it was an accident rather than a suicide attempt.

ABC’s 20/20 will look at the accident again and interview witnesses and experts as well as friends and relatives of both Justine and Erin for a special show aired this Friday night.
Among them is Jason Thompson, Erin’s widow, who told 20/20: ‘Right from the start, we were in love with each other. To know that I was going to be with her for the rest of my life was a blessing.
‘It was a culmination of all my dreams.’
Jason Thompson also enjoyed his new role as Caden’s stepfather.
‘Being able to help support him, and watch him grow through the years, was just really special to me,’ he said.
But Jason also had the birth of his own child with Erin to look forward to – that was until their lives were cruelly snatched from them on that foggy March evening.
Winter’s attorneys David Stufft and Maxwell Battle argued during the two-week trial in late March and early February that it was Thompson’s vehicle that crossed over into Winter’s lane.
The theory was discredited by law enforcement officials, prosecutors, multiple crash reconstruction experts and an eyewitness.
But Winter – both in a written statement and during her testimony – appeared to maintain her belief that it was an accident.
Flathead County Deputy Attorney Lori Adams opened the trial by reading selected text messages allegedly sent from Winter’s cellular phone to her then-boyfriend Ryan Langford in the hours leading up to the crash.
Among them were the words ‘It’s ending’ and ‘I want to kill myself, good bye Ryan,’ Adams said.
The final message was sent only six minutes before Winter’s car collided with Thompson’s.
The prosecution also argued that she was not even wearing a seatbelt.
After being found guilty of two counts of deliberate homicide, she was sentenced to two concurrent 30 year sentences, though the judge suspended 15 years of each.
The judge heaped praise on Erin Thompson’s family, saying their courage and compassion was remarkable.
In return to the tragic loss and emptiness in their lives, they only asked that the 18-year-old apologise.
According to the Daily Inter Lake, when given a chance, the Evergreen resident seemed to stop short of accepting full responsibility.
She instead said: ‘I’m sorry for your loss but I don’t know what you mean when you say you want me to say I’m sorry.’
Winter’s sentencing on Monday June 6 for two counts of deliberate homicide came two days after she graduated with honours from Glacier High School. She did not attend graduation because she was in jail.
Pint Sized Preacher: Began Career At 22-Months-Old
I have contemplated posting this for a little bit, but have decided to go ahead and share. This little boy started preaching at 22 months. Here, you will see the video that went viral and launched this young boy’s career into hyper drive:
The weird thing is he’s not saying anything important, but he mimics the behavior of many preachers amazingly. His inflictions, tone of voice and body language is adorable, yet also shows how easy it is to persuade an audience without actually saying anything of value.
He is a famous preacher, whose eloquence and energy has inspired church congregations and wowed millions of followers online.
And aged just four years old, he’s pretty cute as well.
Kanon Tipton was born into a family that has already been on the preacher path for quite some time. Damon Tipton, Kanon’s preacher father, insists that he does not coerce his son into preaching, but him and his wife, Kandi, allow him to go up on ‘stage’, or pulpit rather, when he feels interested.
Kanon has explained that he sees his father go up and preach, and he chooses to do so because he enjoys seeing his father preach. Before father and son were preaching, so was Kanon’s granddaddy. Whether this is truly God’s hand coming down and blessing this boy, or he’s simply giving a great performance is up to interpretation.

Grandmother caught having sex with a 15-year-old

While the heading of this says grandmother, I feel I must note that she is only 38-years-old. She had been going on multiple dates with teenagers and was finally caught after having a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old boy.
The boy was a family friend and him and the grandmother were involved in a two-month long secret affair. Eventually the news got to the mother of the boy, and she helped to get the horny grandma convicted.
Speaking after the sentencing, Whatton who has five children, three girls and two boys, as well as two grandchildren. said: ‘I won’t be doing that again -.what a mistake.
‘People have been beating me, putting the windows through, calling me “paedo”.
‘I only just moved into a new house and I already got my windows put through.’
The judge came down on her and informed her that if she was going to be dating teenage boys, they needed to at least be 16-years-old. Unfortunately, this one was 15 and a half, and his mother did not approve of the relationship. This young grandmother was mother to five children and grandmother to two. Her eldest son, Tommy, 17, is often who she hangs around with and the two throw parties together as well.
The former hairdresser was arrested for unlawful sex after being given an ASBO for waging a five-year campaign against her neighbourhood.
She and her 17-year old son Tommy had been nicknamed ‘The Battersbys’, a riotous family from the ITV soap Coronation Street, after staging late night rowdy parties and starting drunken fights in the street.
Ark Encounter: Religious Theme Park

Mike Zovath is the project manager for this ark that will be built and serve as the main attraction in the park itself. He plans to make the Ark as it was made in the bible, both inside and out. If you’re curious as to the size, it is 500 feet long and 80 feet high. This will take quite some time and cost quite a lot of money. This along with other features that the park plans to build will cost about $155 million.
The intention behind building this ark and the park, is to show that’s God’s word is true. I don’t see how a large amount of workers, with great financial resources, will prove that one single man, Noah, was able to build this large Ark by himself in the allotted time with limited funds and tools. To me, this proves nothing, except that a ship of that nature could be made in a time where there is more technological advancements and people in power who are financially stable and able to spend money on useless projects to prove their religion right.
Either way, the project is under way and many people will feel that this is proof that God’s word is true and they are on the right path. If this is what works for you, then that’s fine, but for me, it just seems rather silly.
I may be a bit biased though due to their original project, the Creation Museum. In this museum they challenge evolution and stand by their claim that the Earth was created 6,000 years ago. As most everyone knows, evolution has been scientifically proven. Religion trumps science in the mind of these people, and this is why I disagree with both the Creation Museum as well as Ark Encounter.
‘The ark is really a different approach’ than the museum, Zovath said. ‘It’s really not about creation-evolution, it’s about the authority of the Bible starting with the ark account in Genesis.’
Inside the ark’s headquarters in Hebron, a small team of artists and designers are working on the visuals at the new park, but once the project begins early next year, there will be hundreds at the creation, including a team of Amish builders from Indiana who will erect the giant ark.

Woman kills her husband for forgetting her 45th birthday

Lyalya Tupikova was very upset when her husband, Khalpik, forgot her birthday before heading out to work. She waited at home and was hoping that when he returned he would bring a gift or something to show that he remembered her birthday. He had nothing in his hands and did not realize that it was his wife’s 45th Birthday.
She had even gone to the trouble to cook dinner for the couple and made it very romantic. The husband was still unaware as to why his wife had gone to such trouble, and this infuriated her. While they were eating, she had grabbed a knife and stabbed her husband in close proximity to his heart.
Shortly after this, she confessed that she did murder her husband, who died of severe blood loss after the stabbing. Birthdays are important, remember them or be killed. Although, now her birthdays won’t be very important since they’ll most likely be spent behind bars.
Boy, 14, Stabbed His Great Grandmother To Death With Sword After Being Told To Stop Playing Video Games
After the young teen boy was told to stop playing videos games, he grabbed a sword and stabbed his great grandmother, 77, to death, while also injuring his grandmother. After police arrived on the scene in Douglasville, Georgia, they had to taser the boy who was shooting at them with a pellet gun.
Police said it was the third time in the last three months the teen had been arrested. They had already confiscated another sword off him.
The local sheriffs department responded to a call at 5pm on Monday to find the grandmother, in her 50s, barricaded inside a room and the great-grandmother lying dead on the ground outside the home.
Douglas County Sheriff Phil Miller said when deputies arrived at the family’s home in the 3400 block of Spring Ridge in Douglasville, the teen was standing in the doorway with a ‘full-sized sword’ and a pellet rifle.
Casey Anthony’s Tell-All Book/George and Cindy’s Dr. Phil Appearnce
Casey Anthony, the mother acquitted of murdering her daughter, Caylee, has apparently signed a deal to publish a tell-all book about her life. On top of this news, her parents, George and Cindy Anthony, have also agreed to be guests on the Dr. Phil Show for the Season premier (September 12th).
Casey Anthony will be using the help of a ghost-writer to put this book together. She claims that she will “cover growing up in the Anthony family, becoming a teenage mother and her relationship with her brother, Lee, and her parents.”
The thing about this book that has gotten most people very anxious, is the revelation of young Caylee’s father. According to the Los Angeles Examiner, Casey plans to reveal the identity in the contents of the book. Whether this is a ploy to get the book to sell more copies (not that it needs one), will be discovered once the book is released.
Casey has kept a low profile since her release. She reportedly got a high six-figure advance for the multi-media book deal.
‘Mum, the bear is eating me!’: Frantic final phone calls of woman, 19, eaten alive by brown bear and its three cubs
Dailymail - A distraught mother listened on a mobile phone as her teenage daughter was eaten alive by a brown bear and its three cubs.
Olga Moskalyova, 19, gave an horrific hour-long running commentary on her own death in three separate calls as the wild animals mauled her.
She screamed: ‘Mum, the bear is eating me! Mum, it’s such agony. Mum, help!’
Her mother Tatiana said that at first she thought she was joking.
‘But then I heard the real horror and pain in Olga’s voice, and the sounds of a bear growling and chewing,’ she added. ‘I could have died then and there from shock.’
Unknown to Tatiana, the bear had already killed her husband Igor Tsyganenkov – Olga’s stepfather – by overpowering him, breaking his neck and smashing his skull.
Olga, a trainee psychologist, saw the attack on her stepfather in tall grass and reeds by a river in Russia and fled for 70 yards before the mother bear grabbed her leg.
As the creature toyed with her, she managed to call Tatiana several times during the prolonged attack. Tatiana rang her husband – not knowing he was already dead – but got no answer.
She alerted the police and relatives in the village of Termalniy, near Petropavlovsk Kamchatskiy, in the extreme east of Siberia.
She begged them to rush to the river where the pair had gone to retrieve a fishing rod that Igor had left.
In a second call, a weak Olga gasped: ‘Mum, the bears are back. She came back and brought her three babies. They’re… eating me.’

Finally, in her last call – almost an hour after the first – Olga sensed she was on the verge of death.
With the bears having apparently left her to die, she said: ‘Mum, it’s not hurting any more. I don’t feel the pain. Forgive me for everything, I love you so much.’
The call cut off and that was the last Tatiana heard from her daughter.
Half an hour later, Igor’s brother Andrei arrived with police to find the mother bear still devouring his body. Badly mauled Olga was also dead.
Six hunters were sent in by the emergency services to kill the mother bear and her three cubs.
The double killing is the latest in a spate of bear attacks across Russia, as the hungry animals seek food in areas where people have encroached and settled on their former habitat.
A weeping Tatiana said that Olga had everything to look forward to, and was happy with her life and boyfriend Stepan.
‘My daughter was such fun. She was so cheerful, friendly, and warm,’ said Tatiana.
‘She had graduated from music school, and just days before the bear attack she got her driving licence.’
Her husband and daughter are due to be buried today.
Fired government worker ‘murdered his children and wife after his request for a threesome drove her to lesbian affair’
This man’s life does sound pretty awful. Unfortunately, not bad enough to justify killing your wife, grandmother-in-law, and kids, especially when the children and grandmother-in-law had NOTHING to do with any of this.
James Kraig Kahler was a man who wanted to make things interesting in the bedroom and decided to bring a lesbian into the relationship, to engage in a threesome. The plan happened to backfire when his wife, Karen Kahler, became more interested in the female, and they began to have an affair.
They were killed with an automatic weapon the weekend after Thanksgiving 2009 in the grandmother’s home near Burlingame, about 20 miles south of Topeka.
Mr. Kahler’s attorneys are claiming that he has been mentally ill for quite some time, saw hallucinations and became obsessed with the relationship his estranged wife had developed with their lesbian sex partner. According to him, they were very open about their affair, even in front of the children.
The killings occurred months after Kahler was fired from his job as the director of the water department in Columbia, Missouri, Mo. He was living near Topeka at the time.
The victims of the shootings were: Karen Kahler, 44; her grandmother, Dorothy Wight, 89, and the Kahlers’ daughters, Emily, 18, and Lauren, 16. At the time of the killings, Kahler was living in Meriden, Kan., northeast of Topeka.
The Kahlers also had a son, Sean, now 12, who was at the scene of the shootings but fled without being injured.
He testified Monday that he saw his father shoot his mother.
Abercrombie & Fitch to The Situation: We’ll Pay You to Stop Wearing Our Clothes

I must admit that I love Jersey Shore and make sure to get my fix, every week. Unfortunately though, I HATE ‘The Situation’. Mike is one of the biggest assholes I have ever witnessed and he has absolutely no right to be; That’s what’s so infuriating. As far as looks are concerned, he’s a ‘butter face’ and his nasty attitude makes him even less attractive.
I think Abercrombie & Fitch agrees with me, and have taken it so far as to ask him to stop wearing their clothing, in exchange for money. He is so highly disliked, that he is being offered money to not represent a company that, quite frankly, should be holding on to everything they’ve got.
Tuesday night, retailer Abercrombie & Fitch posted a statement to its website proposing what it called a “win-win situation” to Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino: stop wearing our clothes and we’ll give you some cash.
“We are deeply concerned that Mr. Sorrentino’s association with our brand could cause significant damage to our image,” a representative from A&F’s brand senses department wrote. “We understand that the show is for entertainment purposes, but believe this association is contrary to the aspirational nature of our brand, and may be distressing to many of our fans. We have therefore offered a substantial payment to Michael ‘The Situation’ Sorrentino and the producers of MTV’s The Jersey Shore to have the character wear an alternate brand. We have also extended this offer to other members of the cast, and are urgently waiting a response.”
